'Wir hatten hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit antiken toskanischen Möbeln und um das Haus herum ist ein großer wunderschöner Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. In der ersten Woche unseres Urlaubs war es sehr heiß, weshalb wir für die Klimaanlage sehr dankbar waren. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und hatten viele Ausflugstipps für uns. 'Gut ausgestattetes und geräumiges Haus mit großem, gepflegtem Garten. Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, somit kein Verkehr. Italienisches Leben bekommt man mit inkl. sehr netter Vermieterfamilie im Haus (im abgetrennten Bereich). Wenn einem das nicht stört, auch akustisch, kann man hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen.'

'Abbiamo alloggiato presso House Versilia per un fine settimana (due coppie di amici). La casa è esattamente come da foto e descrizione. Trasmette calore! Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito ed in ordine. C'era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Zona strategica se volete visitare la Versilia, Lucca e dintorni (moltissimi luoghi incantevoli a pochi chilometri). Host molto gentile, disponibile e reattivo. 'Huge garden, completely fenced. Our dog had the time of his life and we didn’t need to worry him running away. Situated in a quiet environment, but close to the city and the supermarkets. The house was equipped with (more) than enough utensils. The owners are very nice people that are always willing to help. We are glad that we decided to choose this house.'

'The flat and the garden look like in the photos. You can go on excursions to the sea as well as to the mountains. Gemma and Andrea are very friendly and considerate hosts. You can always ask them about excursion destinations. And you get great tips for tasty local and ice cream parlours nearby. We felt at home, as if we were visiting friends.'

La casa non può essere abitata da più di tre persone perché dopo tre docce l’acqua finisce. Il circuito infatti la pesca da un serbatoio che si svuota velocemente. L’impianto elettrico è a mio parere completamente fuori norma, prese penzolanti e fili scoperti. Ho richiesto la certificazione a nostra e loro garanzia che non mi è stata mai fornita. 'Ruime woning met fijne tuin op fiets afstand van het centrum van Forte dei Marmi en de stranden. De tuin ligt aan een zeer smalle straat dus het is even steken met een grote auto maar je kunt 2 auto's parkeren op de oprijlaan bij het huis.'

'We werden heel warm en gastvrij ontvangen door Paola. Het is een ruim huis met veel badkamers en goede faciliteiten. Het zwembad is een luxe! Het huis ligt in een rustige villa wijk op loopafstand van het strand. We konden gebruik maken van 2 fietsen wat heel prettig is om boodschappen te doen. Een huurauto is aan te bevelen gezien de afstand tot treinstation. We hebben met onze familie genoten van het verblijf.'
