*Hotel was in 1 woord rampzalig.er was helemaal geen sfeer. *De dag dat we kwamen inchekken werd de kamerpas in onze handen geduwd en konden we zelf uitvogelen waar onze kamer zat. *Onbijt was waardeloos geen tot nauwelijks variatie, de appelsap wat ik bij mijn onbijt dronk moest ik later ook nog eens betalen. *De Turkse hammam was smerig, er zat veel schimmel en andere dingen op de muur en vloer. *Er mag niks van eten en drinken het hotel in, maar de prijzen van de het hotel is verschrikkelijk duur. *Geen strijkijzer te bekennen, wil je rond 5 uur in de avond even je shirt strijken moet je maar wachten tot de volgende ochtend. Dit word door de personeel zelf gedaan, maar stuur het liever niet op want je krijgt het haast in de zelfde staat terug. Nooit meer dat ik hier kom!

Great little hotel, just off the main promenade close to shops and transport but in a quiet residential area. The pool is a great bonus as you can’t swim in the sea here. Large clean rooms. Basic Turkish breakfast . Staff helpful and attended to a little maintenance issue immediately. The poolside cafe was not open during our stay. Would recommend

Kahvaltisi cok kotuydu. Masalar hic toplanmiyordu neredeyse oturacak yer bulamiyorduk. Otel interneti 0,20mbps(cok yavas), telefon da cekmiyor, otelden cikarak telefonunuzu kullanabiliyorsunuz. Oda tuvaletlerinin temizligine yeterince ilgi gosterilmemis. Personel profesyonel degil. Otelde bi basibosluk havasi var acikcasi.

Отель большой, но гостей мало. Поэтому берегут свет и мало освещают отель. Темновато. Персонал приветливый, помогли разобраться с бронью хаммама, и помогли найти менее прокуренный номер, так как мы поняли по пепельницам, что курят везде и номеров для некурящих нет. Серген, спасибо. Завтрак на 4 из 5. Чайника в номере нет. Стаканов и всего дополнительного тоже. Бойлер на первом этаже. Рядом больший продуктовый, что удобно. Бассейн во дворе зелёного цвета, видимо тоже экономят деньги зимой на обслуживание. Слышимость номера снизу очень большая. Но номер большой, что ты несомненно плюс.

Could be better with a little work
As a new hotel, I believed that they might be interested in building client base but this was not the case. Lovely pool, close to the harbour with good air-conditioning and comfy beds. On arrival-peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet and cigarette ash covered balcony (which lacked chairs, so we did not use it anyway). There were no tea making facilities in the rooms. On enquiry, the staff at reception told us that this was due to electricity prices. Loo roll was also rationed. Luckily, a supermarket next to the hotel was of benefit, especially when the hotel ran out of breakfast cereal for my daughter. Breakfast choice o.k. for locals but not adequate for foreign visitors. Card access for the room malfunctioned several times, locking us out. Overhead light next to bed not connected to wall properly. The safe was not securely screwed in place which made it useless. Only alcohol served was beer, when you managed to find staff to order drinks by the pool. Only 6 hangers in the wardrobe, luckily I brought my own. No in-house laundry facility. Most importantly of all- no emergency instructions in case of fire/evacuation were displayed in the rooms. I will not be returning.

This is a beautiful hotel!
We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were beautiful and well thought out with a seating area, large bathroom, great shower, lots of storage and even hooks! The pool area is beautiful with the L shaped pool and comfy seating. It would have been nice to be able to get food other than breakfast - and there is a restaurant, just not open. We had some trouble with the a/c stopping in our room and moved a couple times - I don't think their system supports the facilities - but the staff could not do enough to make us comfortable. They even brought us wine and fruit by the pool our last day as an "apology". The whole complex is spotless and the breakfast kwas great! The hotel is a short 2 blocks to the promenade along the water with many restaurants. The dolmus picks you up and drops you right in front of the hotel if you want that option instead of walking to either Calis or Fethiye.

Nettes Hotel ohne Strandnähe aber eine schöne Promenade aber ein schöner Pool. Da ich selber eine habe, ist dieser besser gepflegt. Schönes Bad. Gutes Türkisches Frühstück. Wenn ihr ein Spiegelei zum Frühstück möchtet, sagt dem Kellner Bir Yumurta. Bir =1. Das mit der Putzfrau ist ein kleines Problem. Sie macht erst die Zimmer der Abreisenden. Wenn du aber gegen 14 Uhr in Hotel kommst und mal einen kleinen Mittagsschlaf machen möchtest, ist dein Zimmer nicht gemacht. Und bitte, Reise nicht wie wir mir einem Motorrad an. Da wir ein Haus in Kuşadası haben, waren wir über die Begrüßung sehr enttäuscht. Es gab kein hoşgeldiniz sondern auf unser Merhaba nur die Frage: " haben sie reserviert. Fand ich ein wenig boktan.

Schönes kleines Hotel. Leicht abgelegen.Ruhig.
Das einzige Störende war, das es ab und zu gestunken hat. Ich denke das es was mit den Abwasserrohren was zu tun hatte. Ansonsten ok. Ruhige Lage. 100m bis zum Meer. Ideal zum entspannen.

Peaceful location on dolmus route
Good location, dolmus bus goes same street that the hotel is. You can also walk by the sea to town and seafront restaurants & bar. Grocery store next to hotel. Peaceful. No chairs in the balcony which is funny.

Overall a very good hotel, with teething troubles!
Newly built (2014) rooms are lovely (shower superb!) pool great - L shaped so there's always an area in the sun & an area in the shade - the communal areas are well kept. But if you're looking for a beach holiday this isn't the hotel for you as it's 40mins walk from nearest beach, also half hour from town centre & most restaurants, bars, etc It seems this hotel caters more for local clientele (breakfast is v.Turkish!) there's not really much of a 'continental' option & on our 2nd visit for breakfast the coffee machine didn't work. The restaurant is only open for breakfast, so lunch/dinner means a trek out. There's coffee/tea in reception, but not in rooms - maybe it's me but I like a coffee in my room in the a.m. - the pool bar doesn't look like it's ever been open & bottled water isn't free. (Shop next door does water for TL1 (25p) / litre) There's a menu in the room, but doesn't say if it's room service or not & there's no details on how to order if it is. There's also no info on how to call Reception / another room from your room. There's a balcony, but no chairs or table. Whilst there, 10days, we had 4 short power cuts. In my1st room the aircon leaked & made the carpet wet, there were some indication this had happened before. To be fair the staff were very helpful & attentive & I was moved to another room next day. Unfortunately on day 3 the aircon in my 2nd room failed so I was moved again. The night staff guy was very apologetic & did his best to resolve the problems.

An excellent hotel with absolutely fabulous staff!
I booked this hotel rather blindly as I didn't know anything about Fethiye and I wasn't disappointed by my choice. This hotel is great. The staff are the most attentive I've experienced. The receptionist was excellent and was always there to answer questions. The manager never failed to ensure I had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The only downside for me was the location as it is 20-30 minute walk to the centre of Fethiye. If you have a bike or like walking, no problem as the journey along the sea is wonderful. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed including separate bath and shower. The swimming pool and surrounding are is relaxing and fantastic. Great wifi. Excellent breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were also excellent and were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Trotz verfrühter Anreise wurde uns kurzfristig ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Viele Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hotelmanager dagegen wirkte reserviert und gelangweilt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist genießbar und wenig abwechslungsreich. Das gemietete Zimmer stank sehr stark nach Rauch. Auf unseren Hinweis hin wurde uns lapidar gesagt, sie könnten dagegen nichts machen. Leider war die Sauberkeit sehr schlecht. Am schlimnmnsten waren kleinere Fäkalienreste unter der Klobrille, sonst Aschereste auf Sitzgelegenheiten oder schlecht gereinigte Armaturen. Während des Auffenthaltes wurde sehr spärlich gereinigt. Einzig die Bettenhygiene schien in Ordnug zu sein. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig (normale Unterhaltung im Nachbarzimmer sind in der Nacht gut zu hören), die Türen fallen sehr Laut ins Schloss. Der Pool war natürlich Jahreszeit bedingt noch nicht in Betrieb, war aber am Boden mit schwarz/braunen Regenwasser gefüllt (wirkte sehr ungepflegt). An diversen Stellen gibt es Wassepflecken vor allen an den Zimmerdecken. Fazit: Schlechte Reinigung der Zimmer und mäßige Instandhaltung der noch neuen Hotelanlage
