I would never think to stay at this hotel again
Overall the stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable, You have to ask for cleaning your room, the furnitures, the hotel facilities are very old, and I don’t think the maningement care to improve anything. The rooms were not sound proof and there was a loud music during the whole day played at the hotel garden for guests entertainment, and I could not rest or take a nap during the day. You have to pay for using the save box. Nobody helps with the luggage during checkout.

Horrible Experience
We had our meals, had a couple drink from the bar. Drinks weren’t cold enough but whatever. Went to room, turned A/C on, tried to watch TV but it wasn’t working. Also wifi was not working either. We got hot and realized that A/C was not working. Tried to reach out to reception but phone was not working. We opened the balcony door since outside temp was cooler. There was an unsupervised open door that anyone can enter with no visible security measurements. Next morning we left the room with “Do not disturb” card on the door and went to pool. While we were out we saw that cleaning stuff was inside. When I asked them why are they inside even though DnD is on, they told me they didn’t check it. We only stayed for one night but we’re more than glad it wasn’t any longer. Our privacy invaded heavily and we didn’t felt comfortable or secure at all during our stay.

Кому-то может показаться, что мебель слегка изношена, но нас все устроило. Гуляя по территории, насчитали 29 черепах, дети в восторге! Идеальное место для уединенного семейного отдыха

Lovely quiet spot on a hill but susceptible to minor earthquakes - informed by manager after we woke up to one! There’s quite a slope from the restaurant to the rooms and having to dodge chicken droppings too - especially difficult in the dark! Lots of chickens and cats roaming around. Lovely pools, slide not working, sufficient sun beds available. Air conditioner in room did not work even with someone coming along to fix it. Tv turned itself on and off intermittently. I pointed out to the manager that there were two partially covered sockets and one showing bare wires in the bathroom yet nothing was done. Talking to other guests, they either thought it was great or awful. There didn’t seem to be an inbetween.

Eşimle beraber 5 gün geçirdik. Yemekleri, hizmeti, temizliği ve doğası çok güzeldi. Eğer fiyat performans açısından tercih edecekseniz harika bir otel. Sakin ve sessiz. Aynı zamanda animasyon ekipleri ve eğlenceler de mevcut. Tercih edilebilir bir yer, memnun kalırsınız.

aus irgendwelchen Gründen war das Personal hier super zuvorkommend, vielleicht ist das eines der wenigen All inclusive Hotels in der Türkei, in denen die Arbeitsbedingungen ok sind? Aber wenn ich darüber nachdenke, waren sie auch hier von 8 Uhr morgens bis nach Mitternacht auf den Beinen. Jedenfalls war der Service super, 2 nette Pools, gutes Essen, die Lage gut genau zwischen Fethiye und Ölüdeniz, also sowohl normales Stadtleben mit Markt, Einkaufszentren, Abends Ausgehen in Fethiye möglich als auch Touristendasein mit Bars, Strand, Bootstouren usw. Die meisten Gäste sind wohl im Hotel geblieben mit 1-2 Ausflügen in der Woche, es gibt Kinderbetreuung (englisch), Abendprogramm, alles was das herz begehrt. Für uns war das eine neue Erfahrung, weil wir sonst immer Ferienwohnungen haben mit selber kochen, und wir haben es genossen. Alles in allem - super.

loved this hotel
We spent 10 nights at this lovely hotel, the room was a bit small but adequate for two the bathroom was large and had a great shower. The food was good and served a good mix of Turkish and home cooking, plenty of choice. We found that many of the people staying here came back year after year which gives you an idea how good it is. The entertainment was varied and we enjoyed it. Staff were all friendly and hard working, always there with a smile.

Odalar biraz ufak ama temiz ve düzenli otelin idarecileri, personeli ilgili ve yardımsever, kahvaltı ve yemekleri güzeldi. Animasyon ekibi başarılı. Yukardaki küçük havuzun su berrakligi fena değil ancak sanırım sezon sonuna denk geldiğimizden asagidaki büyük havuzun suyu tazelense iyi olur. Ayrıca otelin market kısmını çalıştıran karı koca saygısız ve kaba bu otelde bulunmayı haketmiyorlar. Aracımı park ettiğim Otel Girişimdeki yolda, kendi araçlarının çıkışına engel teşkil etmediğimiz halde neredeyse bizimle kavga edeceklerdi. Durumu Otel Müdürü Murat Bey e ilettim, aracimızı nizami olarak park ettiğimiz yerde kendisi de gördü ve ve bu asabi çifte gerekli uyarıyı yaptığını sonradan öğrendim teşekkür ederim. Büyük bir ihtimalle seneye Fethiye ye tekrar gidersek tekrar rezervasyon yaparım. Not :Marketci karı koca ile sıkıntı olursa mümkünse muhatap olmayın, direkt Otel idaresine şikayet edin. Tatilde canınız sıkılmasın.

We booked a Deluxe room at this hotel, the room was nice and this is the only compliment I have about this hotel. Our daughter and the Grand children were staying here so we thought we would have sometime with them. She said herself from last year it had gone downhill from their last stay in 2016. The food was awful out of the week we ate 1 breakfast and 1 dinner that was enough for us. It was a bun fight at the buffet, the food was tepid and not hot. Some food was not cooked properly. The bread although covered always felt stale. As this was an The all-inclusive hotel I expected more. The drinks were very limited and the one I liked I had to pay for, I bought this drink on two evenings only to be told I had been undercharged for them I paid the price on the drinks price list. The barman informed me he would have to put in the money from the two nights previous. I never ordered another drink as it was then cheaper to buy elsewhere. The music was very loud at the lower pool "we don`t all like thumping music all the time" and was relentless.

We booked here to be near to our Grandchildren. For an all inclusive hotel it was diabolical. The food was awful the drinks very limited. We paid for a deluxe room which was a nice enough room. The hill to get to it nearly killed us. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went with family, they loved it! Only bad part was that pool closes at 6pm and it was really hot weekend, should consider keeping open longer so kids have something to do later in evening since they can't drink, lol.

Otelin kendine özel otoparkı yok sokağa parkediyorsunuz. Yemekler gayet lezzetliydi. Aile odaları gayet geniş. Personel genç ve enerjik ve birçok konuda yardımcı oluyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldık fiyat performans oranı olarak gayet güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Hotel was beautiful and clean, staff friendly and helpful, food excellent and good choice, alcoholic drinks limited on choice on the all inclusive and some of our party struggled but that's the only negative to an otherwise amazing holiday

Fabulous hotel
Hotel Greenland is a fabulous place to stay for your holiday in the Oludeniz area. Just 15 minutes to Oludeniz blue lagoon with a courtesy bus from the hotel or via the dolmus. Very clean, well kept hotel. Lovely gardens and lush surroundings enclosed with loads of pine trees and the backdrop of lovely mountains. Food was great and service from staff was exemplary. Will definitely return again.
