we zijn eerder in deze accomodatie geweest. We vonden het erg achteruit gegaan. Er sprak bijna niemand Engels, terwijl het overgrote deel van de bezoekers uit Engeland komt. Verder was de wijn echt smerig. Ik kreeg een glas rosé die de kleur bruin had. Er was geen manager aanwezig, die voorkomen problemen kon oplossen. Erg jammer.

Leuk hotel

I have stayed at this hotel for three nights with my friends, and the hotel and the staff was as expected. I highly recommend it for those who looking for amazing vacation with limited budget. Just one note for the Wi-Fi very weak and cuts always.

On nous annonce une chambre insonorisée et c est comme si on se trouve en même temps dans le couloir, au bord de la piscine et dans les chambres voisines; très bruyant et aucune intimité. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Matelas très inconfortable. Propreté générale laisse à désirer. Odeur des égouts au niveau de l étage de la piscine des toboggans. Les repas se ressemblent, pas de changements.

The pools where the highlight. Everything else was terrible. Rooms where filthy. Even after requesting a room clean, which we didn't get. We had to resort to getting our own clean towels and toilet roll from the abandoned cleaning stations. Most of the staff where miserable, not very social at all, with a few exceptions .. the porter and some dining room staff. All inclusive? 5*. Not in my opinion, at most now a 3* .. Ice-cream served from 4pm-5pm ONLY and that's if they had any to start with. Obviously I appreciate we are in a pandemic and some services weren't available but after turkey went onto UK quarantine list

Hotel looked great upon arrival but was anything but. It's rated 5* maybe this was the case at one point, as you can see the reminisces of what was a beautiful business. I would say its more of a 3* at best. Our room was not clean,intact it was filthy. The room wasn't cleaned the while time we was there, even after requesting it to be done. The pool bar was empty. Ice cre was only allowed from 4pm-5pm and most days there was none..Staff where miserable but that's probably because they were all getting sent home early. Needless to say we won't be staying here again.

Еда тоже оставляла желать лучшего, завтрак вкусный, после второго ужина, поняли, что лучше ездить в город и ужинать в ресторане. До моря ходит трансфер два раза в день, пешком до моря не добраться, мы в основном брали такси. В общем впечатление от отеля положительное, но есть свои минусы

I stayed for a week and not once my room got cleaned. I complained 3 times and nothing happened. Not even one apology. I had to get towels from the pool to shower as they didn’t even changed the towels. Me and my partner got food poisoning from the buffet as it seems that the food get used from lunch to dinner and wasn’t kept hot enough. We Gad to end up going out all the time after for food and drinks. There was nothing good at all in this place apart of one waiter Aykut he was really nice.

The bathroom: Shower was mouldy, bathroom smelt of sewage and we ran out toilet paper and had to go to reception to ask for more The bed: The bed was comfortable and of a good size. The room: The mini fridge was not fully stocked as expected. The air conditioning broke twice and the temperature couldn't go lower than 25 degrees. There was rubbish left on the balcony from the previous guests. The resort: The pools were lovely and plenty of towels to use each day. The staff were lovely and very friendly The food was average but there was plenty of it. The WiFi was awful and when you could connect it was not very quick at all

The food was poor & the staff seemed inexperienced, this hotel hadn't prepared for the situation & this was felt by the guests. It improved as our week went on however it still wasn't a good experience. The only entertainment on we darts & water aerobics in the day & kids club & karoake at the night. Our stay was fantastic however I was quite amazed to find that a hotel that caters to the Uk market had very few employees that could speak English, which made it quite difficult in getting your needs met, on the booking site it states this hotel has a night club, this has been shut down due to noise factor,

Особо никаких претензий нет, но и восторгов не вызвал. Отдыхающие в основном британцы, русских нет, еда нормальная, номер очень большой и красивый, с большим балконом и видом на бухту Олюдениз. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный. Вино никакое пить невозможно, пиво ок. До пляжа только на машине.

Bad services, we booked a room with jacuzzi, but when we arrive to the hotel, they gave us a room without jacuzzi, and they said: sorry all jacuzzi rooms were fully booked!!!!!! How that???? We booked a jacuzzi room on expedia!!! How we didn’t get that room!!!!!! Bad experience in this hotel with first impression. The hotel itself is nice and located in nice place between trees and with nice view, but overall was bad service and not trusted.

Otel genel olarak temiz düzenli havuzları gayet temiz bakımlı yemekleri harika kesinlikle bölgede ailenizle tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel. Negatif yönleri odaların temizliği yapılırken bırakılan malzemelere dikkat edilmiyor mesela saç kremi bırakılıp duş jeli bırakılmıyor, anlaşmalı olduğu plajı asla tavsiye etmem denize girmek için başka alternatifleri değerlendirin.

A great stay, with a few minor let downs
This was our third trip to Garcia. Overall, a satisfactory stay as always, however, a few things are letting the 5 star rating feel more like a 4 star. The service staff in the restaurant and pool bar are not as attentive as we found previously. On a number of occasions the pool bar did not have bottled water available, nor did they seem motivated to seek an alternative. The restaurant was very good, with a great variety. But again, more 4 star, whereas previous years have been an easy 5 star. On one evening the bbq station served up raw chicken to us and a number of other guests whilst rushing to address a queue. This was incredibly disappointing, and luckily avoided illness. On one night we had the biggest spider we had ever seen join us in our room, but Mustafa from the Technic team was absolutely brilliant in sorting it! The spa facilities overall were great, and the entire complex is well maintained. The hotel just needs to work on a few minor points and it’ll easily remain a 5 star resort.

i have been to this hotel many times, this year was a improvement with regards to staff OZGE particularly in the lounge bar made the holiday for me and i could tell that many other people felt the same, there was a change in the food this year not as good and not as well managed, items ran out in the buffet no one was keeping a eye on that .

Only booked a 1 night stay whilst staying with family for a bit of a break. the hotel is nice, great views across the bay and mountains room was nice and big clean and all you want from a room. Spa service was average at best you get a lot more for your money in other places. The food was very below average for any kind of hotel let alone one like this, boring bland food for all 3 meals not a great deal of choice and the hot food was warm at best and we stayed not in the main season so was quiet and got to meals at the start so if you go near the end you would be having cold food the bread was mouldy for breakfast and had to ask 3 different people to get it changed as the first didn't understand or think it was a problem. the service was terrible also, don't order 2 different drinks at the same time as you will get the last one you asked for and they will walk off and serve the next person, this happened every time we ordered drinks and served lacking a smile or any welcoming feeling. entertainment was a MJ impersonator, lets just leave that one with you, with what looked like random people off the street to back him up, Theresa May have moves on them. if I was there for any longer I would have left. all in all for a hotel with a location and views like this it should be a lot better with the basic things. shame.

Booked this hotel just fit one night expected a night of luxury with my partner to break up our holiday in Ölüdeniz , we thought we’d pay a bit extra so booked a swim up pool room and and thought it would be nice be all inclusive. The hotel looked ok at first glance but we disappointed when we were shown our room the was actually a large flight of stairs leading from the room to the pool so was infact not swim up at all so be carful when booking that you are not misleaded. We complained so They offered us a jacuzzi room for an extra £15 which we took, the room was basic but clean and the bed was really comfy but the jacuzzi was dirty and I had to clean it before we used it. The food at lunch and dinner was typical Turkish which is ok for me but there was nothing my partner liked also the hot food is only luke warm and by the time you get to the table it’s cold, all the English guests who were staying for week or two week holidays were complaining about the rooms food and cleanliness of the hotel and we could see why, the entertainment was crap just a few Turkish holiday makers dancing and a game of bingo which they had no pens to give out so I was given a dart to stab the numbers to mark them off lol, it was so bad it was laughable as we were only staying one night but I think if we were staying there for more than a few days we would have had to go out every day and night which isnt really acceptable when you have paid for all inclusive.

Absolutely amazing!
After reading the reviews of this hotel I was in two minds, only rated 3.9 however my partner was convinced this is the hotel for us and what a great choice he made. The hotel is an hour drive from Dalaman however taxis are very cheap. The hotel is very clean and staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is great, a big selection however like any inclusive hotel the food can become repetitive but they always have one or two new dishes everyday, theres also a pool snack bar which does fast food and the Turkish pizzas are absolutely amazing, also the alcohol drinks menu is good. From Garcia you can watch the most amazing sunsets, the best view. The location of the hotel is great, in a very central location, the beach is very close by. Taxies are cheap and come within seconds. It’s a great hotel and will definitely be going back.

Nice hotel friendly staff, average food.
We have just returned home after staying here, the hotel is nice and clean it’s on a bit of a mountain so lots of lifts or stairs to get around. It has a lovely spa and the swimming pools and slides are brilliant with free floats and lilos. Ibrahim the life guard is great with the kids and really friendly. Hotel reception staff could have smiled a bit more. We paid for an upgrade when we arrived as the first room we had for a family of four was really quiet small but upgraded to a suite and had plenty of room. Unfortunately the kids club was shut everyday my daughter went and this is really why we chose the hotel. What made it worse was each day we contacted reception we were told it was the day off for the people that worked at the kids club! This happened for the five days we were there! The food is ok some fresh bits on the BBQ are nice and fresh omelettes the rest is your basic all Inclusive food. But again I can’t fault the staff that work In there they were again always friendly and great with the kids.

Garcia Resort Vi har varit på många 5-stjärniga hotell i Turkiet och det är första gången vi möts av ett så bedrövligt hotell där man gjort allt för att sänka kostnaderna. * Jag brände mig på tekokaren. När jag sa till restaurang personalen om att någonting inte stämmer med denna sa de att det skulle vara så. * Dryg personal. * Usel mat. * Ingen täckning WIFI. * Ingen utsikt över blue lagoon. * Dåligt bygge * Deras strand luktar illa och är dålig belägen. * Endast 2 turer per dag till stranden vilket innebär begränsad plats. * Tiderna på broschyren stämmer ej ex: Vi skulle hämta handdukar nere vid poolområdet. Enligt deras skylt skulle stället stänga 12:00 men den var stängd redan vid 11:40. * Restaurang illaluktande. Grillarna saknar ventilation så salongen luktar mat. * Det spelas väldigt hög musik i matsalen vilket med största sannolikhet görs med flit för att stressa den som äter. * Getingar i hela uteserveringen. * 2 av 4 pooler var smutsiga under vår vistelse. * Hissarna var väldigt smutsiga och saknar ventilation. Gillar du att basta är detta hissen för dig. * TV sprängd högtalare. * Animationsteamet sög. Aktiviteterna som framgick i infobladet arrangerades av hotellgäster. * Diskotek öppnades efter begäran. * Usel serveringspersonal. * För er som vill göra utflykter. Använd er inte av hotellets agenturer då de är ca:25% dyrare. Positivt från resan: Stora, behagliga rum och noggrann städning.

Smart hotel on the Hill
First thing you notice when arriving is that you have to drive down a very long, dark driveway , with little walking space to get to the Hotel. The Hotel is situated on the Hill above Olu Deniz about 6 mins Taxi ride from the Centre/Beach. It would take about 30-45 mins to walk, but I wouldn't recommend it, due to the lack of walkways. The Hotel itself is very nice. Staff are very polite, though receptionists can seem like they aren't too sure about everything. Very clean and spacious rooms. Pools are great, plenty of beds. We had a Swim up room, but didn't really use it, as there are no Sunbeds on the Balcony's. Food was fairly standard all inclusive choice where there is only one main restaurant. Just make sure you don't get a mix of dishes on your first day, stick to one or 2 dishes, so that for the next few days you have a different choice. The food was reasonable quality though. There is some entertainment every night, but repeats every week. the Animation team were very nice people.
