'Eleni and Pavlos opened their hearts to me and my family and accommodated us in their lovely cottage, the house is two floors and a basement, clean, tidy and tastefully decorated with everything needed for a stay, radiates calmness and within a few hours the calmness affects everyone, the sea at the doorstep of the house is clear and wonderful ( recommended beach shoes because of the small stones, at the entrance to the water, not mandatory) the town with ice cream restaurants and a supermarket...

'We stayed 10 days in May and the setting was both beautiful (the view, the beach) and comfortable (all modern amenities). An hour from Athens is a perfect distance, both near enough and far enough. Agis and Maria were perfect hosts. While we were there the two other apartments were occupied for a few days but the disturbance was minimal. The wifi is also weaker in the evening (but is that a bad thing ?). Overall a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay. Wish we could have stayed a month.'

Zudem in einer wunderschönen Lage, nur wenige Fußminuten bergab vom sauberen, ruhigen Strand entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch Tipps für die Umgebung. Essen gehen kann man bei Bedarf vor Ort oder in Agio Apostoloi. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und freuen uns, wenn wir eines Tages wieder kommen können!'

'We had a very nice holiday on Evia. The house was clean and the location was spectacular. The beaches are very clean, there are a lot of them around Marmari and Marmari itself is a nice little town. 'My family and I (4 adults, 3 kids) had an amazing time here! The house is lovely, clean, well-equipped, quiet, with views of the magnificent small bay. The beach starts literally at the edge of the enormous house garden and is almost private. I mean, we read the description before coming but we couldn’t believe how true it was! We mostly had the entire bay to ourselves for the duration of our stay. An added bonus is that the bay is protected by surrounding hills and isn’t affected by winds, plus...

'Wir können das Haus auf der Insel Skyros in oberen Teil der Chora sehr empfehlen. Es liegt an einem sehr ruhigen Ort und wir haben in dem mit Licht durchfluteten Schlafzimmer sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer im Haus, beide sind sehr klein und die Duschen sind eher eng. Vom Haus aus gibt es viele verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nahmen Umgebung. Der Vermieter stand bei Bedarf immer zur Verfügung und spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist vollkommen unkompliziert. Besten Dank.'

'The property has unique views of the area. You can see the whole of Marmari from above. For those who like to walk there are walks around the mountain. It is a quiet part the house placed in a fair plot of land and easy parking. The road leading to the property from the main road needs some improvement and drivers ought to take some caution. The house is clear big spaces ideal for families or even a group of friends. If you are elderly or have difficulty walking this property has stairs...

'We were with 10 persons and have enjoyed the villa very much. A big and great swimming pool, with a perfect temperature. Enough room and bathrooms. Each room was spacious. We requested Panagiotis that Mrs. Xanthi could cook 3 times lunch and dinner for us and she did that wonderfull, we even did not have to do the dishes ourselves. The tennis playground was absolutely faboules and we played that a lot of times. Panagiotis, Mrs Xanthi and Nikos thank you for having us at the villa!'

'Het huis is authentiek, schoon en comfortabel. De bedden zijn heerlijk! De leefruimte buiten is fantastisch met een grote tafel en lekker banken onder grote bomen waar je je de hele dag zou kunnen vermaken. Het huis is op loopafstand van het strand (20 meter) waar je heerlijk kan zwemmen. '
