'We booked a normal room and received the Go-go room (the old owners bedroom. This room didn't approach the hotel standards at all. The mattress was on the floor. Not properly curtains. No chair in the room. No daily clean and fresh towels. We complained about this and Ginger, the hosts, did her best to satisfy us in every way. Despite the efforts of the host, they shouldn't give us the go-go room. The view of the room was amazing and also the place but the room was really not acceptable.'

'They claimed NOT to have the booking for which I had prepaid. I had to pay again on the spot or have nowhere to stay. The breakfast wasn't ready and the service so poor that the next day we skipped it completely. The TV didn't work. Overall I will never book this venue again.'

'You guys let us booked online & when we arrive at the venue, the hotel was closed due to the impact of Covid19 Pandemic. We had to look for another option during that night of our stay. So it was unfortunate that we didnot sleep at that hotel.'
