If you’re looking for peace and quiet , this is the place away from the noise . Very nice secluded hotel that you can enjoy their beautiful pool and relax in their hammocks that you can find everywhere and admire the fauna and vegetation that surrounds it. We loved it and hope to come back soon

Joya de hotel
Una joya de hotel, el lugar es precioso en medio de mucha naturaleza, las instalaciones son limpias y cómodas, cada habitación tiene un balcón, el desayuno muy rico y el staff es muy amigable y atentos, la playa está muy cerca caminando. Definitivamente regresaré!

Lamento su experiencia. No ponemos televisores en las habitaciones para que nuestros huéspedes se conectaran con la naturaleza y sus seres queridos. Si hay escaleras.Con respecto a la calle, están haciendo una carretera nueva en la zona. Se supone que terminaran en uno o dos meses y el camino va estar perfecto para cualquier auto.

primera habitacion el aire acondicionado no servia, la segunda la puerta principal no cerraba, la comida es cara y de verdad no soy muy exigente pero no tenia ni sabor. El personal no es muy amable y estaban en las hamacas de lo mas tranquilos. La piscina estaba sucia y el agua tenia mal olor.

Hola Patricia,Lamentamos su experiencia. El aire se le había puesto en un setting de "sleep" y por eso se apago en la media noche. Le pasamos a otra habitación de inmediato, y como estuvimos completamente llenos, no nos fijamos que se había salido un tornillo a la puerta. Se arreglo el tornillo en el mismo momento y le pasamos al Suite. Los empleados tienen derecho de almorzar y tomar un descanso en el día. Creo que quizás se pusieron nerviosos con ustedes porque estaban intentando a complacerle y no lograban. La piscina se limpia cada noche sin falta y hay registro de la limpieza y los niveles de quimicos en el agua. Si hay polvo porque están haciendo la calle y hay viento. Les pedi que lo filtraran otra vez durante el día. La verdad que lamento su experiencia.

We had an amazing stay. The staff is really welcoming and rooms are clean & comfortable. Loved how the buildings are build in and around the nature.

La relación precio beneficio es muy mala, las habitaciones no están bien diseñadas. El desayuno muy pobre, sin frutas ni tortillas o pan. El personal no está preparado para atender huespedes!

Beautiful place. I would have like to see more food choices on the menu. Otherwise the place is very cleaned and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel to anyone.

This hotel is amazing. Very quiet, the staff is super nice, breakfast was delicious, the beach is very close so you just walk 5 min. The rooms are nice and comfy. Be aware there can be many stairs. El hotel es genial. Muy silencioso, el staff son muy atentos, el desayuno estaba rico, la playa está cerca (a 5 min del hotel). Los cuartos estaban limpios y cómodos. Hay varias gradas en el lugar.

Es un hotel muy agradable especialmente para relajarse y descansar en familia. El hotel es bastante bohemio y una excelente conexión con la naturaleza. Comida muy buena y con toque internacional. El servicio del personal es excelente todos son muy amables!!!

They advertise and rent rooms that aren't actually available, bait and switch. The hotel is still under development and at present more like a hostel than a hotel. They advertise free WiFi but it only seemed to work in one common area and then was regularly down. The bedding was dated and old, as if it had come from a second hand store or flea market. Only two bath towels, no hand towels or face cloths. Scheduled two days, had no maid service at all. We were not allowed to have any food or drink in the room.

We take your experiences very seriously. The wifi is located both in the common area and in the rooms, unfortunately, during the rainy season the wind affects the connection as we are in the middle of the Salvadoran forest. All our bedding is new and we have excellent mattresses and memory foam pillows. We don't allow guests to bring in food and drinks for safety reasons and to avoid having any issues with insects in the rooms. I will definitely discuss the lack of face and hand towels with the maid, as they should have been provided.. However if you were with us one night, we wouldn't have changed your sheets before you left anyway. As the hotel is conscious of water conservation. I wish you would have discussed your experience with one of our staff members when you where there as we would have done our best to accommodate you.
