Appartement propre, correspond parfaitement a l’annonce sauf pour les bains de soleil sur le toit terrasse qui étaient en très mauvais état donc inutilisable , impossible de ranger nos vêtements dans les placards (odeur de renfermé) dommage !!. Lieu très calme reposant , la piscine et ses alentours très propre. Je recommande quand même cette location.'

'La casa podría proporcionar una estancia perfecta con una mínima inversión. Nuestra estancia fue en agosto. 1. El anuncio dice que tiene aire acondicionado. El aire de la planta baja puesto todo el día a 17 grados no enfriaba nada. En plena ola de calor y con un bebé solicitamos nada más llegar que lo arreglaran pero el técnico supuestamente estaba muy liado y nunca fue. 'We were visiting in april 2022 and loved the tranquility of our home. Every thing is in the house what is needed. A car is recommended, although the tram to alicante - benidorm is a four minutes away by foot. You are in the centre of Alicante in 25 minutes. Don't think to much of the beach Armador: mainly rocks and a great view. Sandy beaches close by, though. Loved our stay, nice host and great service of Adriana. Thank you!'

'Huis mist wat liefde en aandacht. Met betere bedden( grote kuilen) en voor de 1 pers slaapkamer nieuw dekbed is zeer vies zou al beter zijn. Een gewoon koffiemachine ipv oude vieze percolator. En als je lakens dekbedhoes zou strijken oogt het ook al verzorgder. Met een natte dweil door het hele huis ( ook onder meubels) en hoppa een hele verbetering'
