'The flat was in a great location and Martyn the host was very helpful. It’s a large, light and airy space with 2 good sized bedrooms and a huge lounge/diner (though we tended to eat in the kitchen). The decor is very neutral & everywhere is very clean. We would definitely stay again.'

'Warm welcome we received from Clare and Andrew. Absolute lovely people to talk to. Clare helped us for our trip and informed us with a perfect kids walk up to the east cliff. House is perfect for a family (we have 3 kids). We could use the garden and had breakfast there in the sunny morning. We absolutely enjoyed this garden! Easy walk to the Hastings center.'

'We stayed for two nights. Spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. A lovely apartment. We’d love to go back. 10 min walk from seafront right by the pier. Can’t fault our stay. '

'Place clearly had not been deep cleaned for a long time. Fan in shower was disgusting and the hood over the job was covered in grease - I cleaned half of it with products provided in 30 seconds. Also rest of place was very dusty'

'Wij hebben deze vakantie woning als heel goed en netjes ervaren . Alles zag er netjes en degelijk uit. Het ontbrak er aan niets . Super naar ons zin gehad, en zeker de hond . Die heeft de tijd van zn leven gehad . Deur uit zo het strand op en het water in. Omgeving was ook mooi en heerlijk over het strand kunnen wandelen . Echt top!!! '

'The flat is a nice place. Directly to the sea (2 Minutes from the Beach). My partner found the time there so beautiful that she left one of her healing stones in the apartment as a surprise and as a small lucky charm out of gratitude. The weather was great er had a very good time.'

'Sam is a great host and was so welcoming upon our arrival, making sure that we could settle in properly and know all about the amenities on offer. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Treetops is quirky, clean, well equipped and set in a peaceful location, with lovely views across the neighbouring fields and valley, which can be enjoyed from both the lounge and balcony. The private hot tub just adds to the relaxation on offer to guests, and the bed is so comfortable for a good night's sleep....
