Night staff was way more attentive than day... daytime staff did not answer the phone and when we came downstairs they were outside with a stray cat that has lived outside the hotel for 3 years. The cat didn't bother me in the least but the staff stepping away from the front desk for that reason did. The breakfast was nice, plenty of options and clean. 'Loved the location, privacy, and quiet surroundings. Everything was great, and the water was just like any other Sulphur water. It has a smell, but it works! Plus, there was a full bottle of water in the water cooler when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting down by the water and watching the ducks float by. We communicated both with Evolve, and with the local contact, and everyone was helpful and quick to reply. Would not hesitate to stay again!'
