This is a perfect hotel if you like to explore all of Dubai. Location is great next to the metro, Hotel has a great breakfast and the pool is very pleasant. Sometimes the elevator is busy and some of the finishes in the hotel were not properly maintained (some things were damaged in the room). But... all the important things worked perfectly. Very comfortable beds, very big rain shower and spacious rooms. Price/ quality is excellent.

Top service & super locatie!
Dit hotel verdiend een 10+ beter dan mijn verwachting. Prachtig uitzicht van uit de hotelkamer wij zaten op de 39e verdieping. Personeel/roomservice so vriendelijk & beleefd en echt lekker (chicken sandwich/linzen soep) prachtig zwembad. De locatie is ideaal dicht bij alles lekker centraal. Plus taxi's voor de deur. 8 min van dubai airport. Ik wil hier zeker terug! U krijgt waar voor u geld. Medewerkster Anu was erg behulpzaam.

Wir hatten über Expedia ein Doppelzimmer für drei Personen gebucht. Bei Ankunft mussten wir für unser Kind ein Zustellbett bezahlen für ca. 25€ pro Nacht… das Reinigungspersonal fängt leider erst ab ca. 17:00 Uhr an mit der Reinigung der Zimmer und vergisst dabei gerne neue Handtücher zu liefern, wenn diese vorher entfernt wurden… wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, was wir hier sicher nicht noch einmal buchen würden. Das Personal beim Frühstück war in den ersten Tagen wohl nicht auf die Masse an Gästen eingestellt, Die Kaffeeautomaten funktionierten nie so, wie man es erwartete… Am Abend gab es jeden Abend das gleiche Buffet - schade! Aber um auch etwas positives zu berichten: Die Lage, direkt an der Metro, ist unschlagbar!

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. Check in was smooth. While the hotel appeared slightly dated, my main concern stemmed from an incident regarding my identification. Upon checking out on , I confirmed with the staff that I had settled all charges. Later, at the airport, I discovered that the hotel had mistakenly held onto my ID without informing me. This caused significant panic and inconvenience as I wouldn't have been able to board my flight without it. When I contacted the hotel, they offered to deliver my ID to the airport, but required a 100 AED driver fee. Given the urgency of my situation, I reluctantly agreed to pay the fee to retrieve my ID and avoid missing my flight. This was very inconvenient, I understand mistakes can happen but they could have at least fixed their mistake

Not a 5 star hotel. Very dated rooms, poor check in experience. Breakfast is chaos, one coffee machine for hundreds of guests. Lifts could take 15 minutes to traverse. My room had two different sized beds pushed awkwardly together. The toilet area smelled bed. Mosquitos in the room, on the 55th floor!

A very underwhelming experience. Myself and my wife visited Dubai for business / leisure purposes. We booked this hotel because it was close to the World Trade Centre, and had good gym and spa facilities. Upon checking in we were advised that both the Gym and Spa were closed for refurbishment throughout the duration of our stay. This upset me, as I do enjoy some leisure time before starting work. Very little in way of apology. Certainly no compensation offered. When we arrived to the room, we noticed a Nespresso Machine, but no coffee pods. I called reception to ask for some pods to be brought to the room, only to be told they do not offer coffee pods. The TV’s did not work. I did ask reception 5 times to fix the TV’s, however on the final day I managed to solve the issue myself. On the first night we returned from work to find the room had not been made. I had to call reception and ask for house keeping to send someone up to replace the towels, water etc. On a positive note; the bed was beautiful. Very comfortable. The housekeeping team were very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Nice hotel, but not the 5-star experience I expected in Dubai.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel für Dubai Stadt. Bhf direkt nebendran. Sehr schöne große Zimmer. Frühstück etwas chaotisch (lieber woanders), sehr netter check-in.
