Zeer prettig hotel. Ruime kamers voor de kinderen ook een goed bed. De kamers werden dagelijks goed schoongemaakt. Het zwembad is klein maar prettig en voorzien van zonnebedden inclusief handdoekservice. Je kan goed eten bij Mr. Toads of gezellig een drankje/borrel doen. Let op, kinderen tot 18 jaar zijn vanaf 21.00/22.00 uur niet meer welkom in Mr. Toads. Ibn Battuta mall is vanuit het hotel te bereiken, de metro ligt aan de overkant. Met de metro reis je veilig en binnen enkele minuten gemakkelijk en voordeling naar de Marina, The Beach of de Burj Khalifa. Kortom goed hotel met een zeer gunstige ligging.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! When Dubai was completely flooded, this hotel was surrounded by 5 feet of water. I contacted the hotel in advance and they ignored me. When I arrived to see the condition of the hotel I called them and they didn’t answer. I received a message the next day saying the hotel is operating as normal, staff said I could have walked through the water with the 20kg bag on my head - risking electrocution and walking through what is presumably sewage. Its laughable! I couldn’t check in on ANY day to this hotel because everything was closed, including all roads. They have refused to refund me, and the hotel manager Niumal Fernando has agreed to this decision. It is disgraceful, this has happened to 90 people PER DAY! They will lie to you, anything to try to decline you a refund. Stay in Avani next door! Pay a little extra; trust me it’s worth it.

Our first room had a ceiling leak in the bathroom and wet carpet in the living area. The shower continually shifted from hot to cold. It was difficult to drive to the hotel, but that was because of flooded roads—not the hotel’s fault.

My Flight to Dubai was cancelled by the Air lines due to the Iran attack on Israel, so they closed the air space at my travel location. I reached out to the Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall location and explain my uncontrollable circumstance, and they did not waive or refund my money. Note: The rental car company Sixt gladly refunded my money. and also FlyDubai airlines refunded my money. However, Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall did not!!! Unacceptable !!!This is not good business at all. They kept my money and sold my room to some else!!

The hotel's connectivity to the mall makes dining options easily accessible. Despite our intention to enjoy the swimming pool before checkout, it wasn't available as they were still filling it. Premier inn, positive stay.
+ Premier has comfy beds, very good breakfast for all tastes. This hotel is connected to metro and bus station and huge shopping mall. Efficient check in and check out. Nice staff. - Bathroom has moldy shower, amenities provided only as per request on reception ( it start to be standard in other hotel chains as well ).
