Prima voor kort verblijf
Op hotels.com staat aangegeven dat het ontbijt is inbegrepen. In feite is dat het dus niet. Het hotel weet hiervanaf en het weerhoudt ze niet om contact op te nemwn met hotels.com om dit dan te veranderen. Dat het ontbijt was inbegrepen was namelijk een van de redenen dat ik voor dit hotel gekozen had. Daarnaast luidruchtige mensen op de gang gehad midden op de nacht maar goed daar kon het hotel weinig aan doen. verder prima kamers. Ontbijt vond ik erg matig. voor 60 dirham p.p kun je beter buiten het hotel ontbijten

SLECHT HOTEL.
Eerste dag wat wij aankwamen kregen wij gelijk te horen dat het hotel Volgeboekt was dat betekende dat er GEEN kamer voor ons beschikbaar was ( terwijl wij ruim van tevoren hebben geboekt & betaald samen met onze vlucht!) tot onze verbazing deed het personeel er niks aan en ging hij zeer onbeschoft met ons om. Wij moesten uiteindelijk zelf een andere hotel zoeken uiteindelijk hadden wij die gevonden en moesten wij daar €200,- euro voor die nacht betalen. De volgende dag was er om 14.00uur een kamer voor ons beschikbaar. Hotel is super gehorig en je hoort heledag door lawaai savonds was t heel vaak dat je er bijna niet van kon slapen. Kamer is ook heel erg donker. Wij zouden dit hotel aan niemand aanraden. Dubai is geweldig wij komen zeker weer een keertje terug maar nooit meer in dit hotel.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Their breakfast did the job for us. Good quality for the low price you pay. I accidentally left my expensive headphones in my room, after we had already checked out. We drove back and the staff went up to take a look, found it, and returned it to me, yay :). The only downside was that, before showering, you'll have to press a 'water heater' button, or you'll be showering in cold water.

This hotel was super weird. I will say that some of the staff was helpful - Joyce, Chaudry, breakfast restaurant manager & team at the Indian restaurant were lovely. That said I would NOT stay at this hotel. 1st surprise was that there is no view of ocean - hotel pics implied there was a view - they have had this expectation from a lot of guests so should change their pics. 2nd: 1/2 the rooms have an INTERNAL view - no external view - so our room 131 had non-soundproof windows over the LOBBY. Not a good visual by any means and very hard to sleep with constant noise. (I did raise this with them and they could not move us bc fully booked - they told me to just call if there was noise - we did, multiple times, but that's obviously NOT a great sleep experience.) The room itself was not well lit & carpet had stains. The difficult sleep situation was the worst part of the stay (and kind of the whole point of the stay), rest was mixed. Location had no view and really not close to beach, also it is on a "slip road" so difficulty with taxis. Buffet breakfast was good.

They do not give you invoice for your company if you book from hotels.com. Hotels.com does not give invoice and gives you only payment receipt 2 hours phone talk in vain. İbis styles if you are visiting for business, you need an invoice to your book keeping and hotels.com and ibis styles jumaira is failing to give you invoics. And they are so smart they do not even the difference between payment receipt and invoice

Hotel staff is friendly and professional. But the amenities are bare minimum, the breakfast is the same all week, the gym needs a thorough cleaning, and the hot water ran out very quickly each day at rush times. The hotel isn’t setup to be at capacity.

It’s accessible from airport and most of the attractions, La-Mer beach, Dubai Frame, Gold souk, Al seef, Bur Dubai, Museum is within 15-20 mins reach by taxi. The staff is really nice and helpful. Namely Zubair, Vinod, Jamal used to treat our son very nicely and fondly during breakfast everyday, We we’re happy to spend a week there.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß u geräumig jedoch der Check In dauert ungewöhnlich lange… und auf meine Wünsche auf die Lage des Zimmers wurde nicht wirklich eingegangen. Ich war 2x innerhalb 1 Woche da und habe bereits morgens bei Anreise meinen Wunsch mitgeteilt , nachmittags beim Bezug des Zimmers nochmal aber kein Erfolg…,jedesmal dauerte der Check in ca. 20 min Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr qualitativ hochwertig nur eine Kaffeemaschine, kein Filterkaffee …nur Toastbrot ..kann man sich sparen…aber Eierspeisen werden vom Koch frisch zubereitet..Sehr nettes aufmerksamer Zimmerservice war stets direkt da, wenn man etwas brauchte

Honestly it met my expectations.
It was nice. Occasionally the reception had a hard time understanding me when I spoke sometimes at the front desk, but in general it was awesome. Nice clean room, good breakfast at a fair price, friendly staff. Plus it was like ten or so minutes from the burj khalifa so the location was decent, too. Yeah it was good.
