Prachtig hotel, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Enig nadeel… de werking van de liften! Soms sta je 10 min te wachten op de liften.

Goed; ligging; strand, the Walk, Afstand tot metro, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Minder goed; zwembad ligt bijna hele dag in schaduw. Wij hadden de pech dat er op naast gelegen perceel gebouwd werd. (lawaai, maar dat is tijdelijk).

Good hotel in lively part of Dubai
We had a lovely stay at the Hilton serviced apartments. We had a few problems with Insects in the room but it was handled very professionally by the hotel management. Location is great but do know that the Walk can be noisy with cars at night particularly in the weekend and even higher level floors won’t help. Also getting a taxi to and from the hotel can be a struggle because of the traffic. Just make sure to request being dropped at the back of the hotel! Breakfast is good, although the room is very noisy and crowded. One other note is that the elevator capacity does not seem be enough. Waiting times to go up or down can be tedious. Beach area and pool are really nice. So in total our stay was definitely good.

Rustige toplocatie midden in het zeer levendige JBR gebied met privéstrand, hetgeen in deze omgeving niet veel voorkomt. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding, ruime en schone kamers. Zeer prettig personeel en een goede vibe. Iets ouder gebouw, maar zeker niet vervelend omdat daardoor de locatie beter is dan nieuwer gebouwde hotels. Alles op loopafstand binnen JBR gebied.

Hotel ligt aan JBR the Walk,direct aan het strand.Na snelle check in,en upgrade,kwam ik in een typische Hilton kamer,groot,schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.Badkamer schoon en royaal,alleen badrand erg hoog.Ontbijtbuffet was meer dan prima.Hotel heeft mooie zwembaden en heerlijk strand! Geweldig verblijf gehad in Hilton the Walk!!

Mooi hotel op een ideale ligging.
Bij aankomst kregen wij een andere kamer dan geboekt. Na 3 mails vroegen jullie nog altijd maar extra info, echt ondermaatse service ! Ondertussen hebben wij het probleem zelf opgelost gekregen en nog een mooie vakantie gehad. Mooi hotel met privé strand op een prachtige locatie. Spijtig van jullie totaal ontbrekende hulp !

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment in the Walk. The room where nice and we had a nice view to the beach. Booked inclusive halfboard. That was a bad choice. Breakfast is very busy, takes some time to get a table and not real healthy food. Nor what I am used to at Hilton. Dinner buffet also not super. Better go to a nice restaurant inear the beach or Marina. There was no nespresso machine in the room.

Leuk hotel op de populaire Walk
Het hotel is gelegen op een toplocatie. De entree en receptie stellen niet zo veel voor, maar gelukkig zijn de andere faciliteiten prima. Onze kamer was zeer ruim en schoon. Enige minpunt was de badkamer die relatief klein was. Het grootste pluspunt vonden wij dat wij ook gebruik konden maken van de faciliteiten van het Hilton resort, dat aan de andere kant van weg ligt. Dit hotel heeft een iets groter zwembad en een prive strand met comfortabele strandbedjes.

Zeer goed, net hotel
Geweldige week gehad. Super mooi hotel (net als de stad) alles is brand schoon en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Taxi's zijn makkelijk aan te houden. Wel heel warm om in de zomer te gaan. Ook rekening houden met ramadan, hierdoor zijn de winkels overdag gesloten en pas 's avonds na 7 uur open. Daarnaast mag je in het openbaar niet eten tijdens ramadan. Ontbijt was ook goed, veel keuze. WiFi, was ook gratis bij ons.

Prima hotel op fijne locatie aan strand en walk
Ik had een studio appartement geboekt met balkon maar kreeg een gewone hotelkamer. Volgende dag andere kamer gekregen maar pas om 16 u smiddags gekregen wat lastig was met de baby , die dag niet veel kunnen doen.Deze kamer had wel balkon maar was geen appartement wat we echt wel hadden willen hebben ivm baby en het ontbijt is erg duur , daar kan je ook heerlijk voor op de walk ontbijten !

Perfecte vakantie
Goed hotel met erg vriendelijk personeel die je echt als koning behandelen. De locatie is ideaal, dicht bij het strand en je hebt maar weinig last van de bouw rondom het hotel. The walk is verder een boulevard waar je tot laat in de nacht in 1 vd vele gelegen restaurants en cafeetjes heerlijk kunt eten of een drankje kunt doen. Dubai is ongelooflijk mooi. Perfecte vakantie!

Goed hotel aan De Walk.
Prima hotel, zeer goed ontbijt en diner. Al is het bij het diner vaak erg rustig en als je een flesje water erbij besteld moet dit € 10,- kosten wel wat veel vonden wij. Als dan s'morgens bij het ontbijt alles erbij zit en je zoveel drinken kunt krijgen als je wilt is dit een vreemde verdeling. Wij zaten aan De Walk en dit Hilton hotel is via een loopbrug of via de weg verbonden met Hilton Dubai resort. Een nieuwer hotel. Er wordt naast dit hotel druk gebouwd wat wel geluidsoverlast opleverd. Bouw zal zeker nog een jaar duren. In ons hotel had je daar geen last van maar bij het zwembad en het strand is dit wel storend.

Hôtel Très bien placé sur JBR Notre chambre était très grande , propre avec beaucoup de rangement et le lit était gigantesque. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié Nous avons toujours bien mangé au restaurant buffet Ce qui nous a le moins plu ce sont les piscines de l hôtel qui étaient très bruyante avec beaucoup d’enfants et des parents qui ne disent rien , les transat dans tous les sens à la piscine principal si bien qu on ne pouvait plus circuler en poussette avec notre bébé , nous avons été tous les jours dans des autres hôtels pour profiter des piscines au calme. Pour cela je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel

Excellent staff and service at Hilton The Walk. Arrived 10am. Room was ready. Got breakfast and slept most of day after overnight travel. Explored that evening. Walking distance for every restaurant you could need or want. Breakfast service is excellent with the team and led by very capable management. Highly recommended for family visit. Able to use facilities at Hilton Jumierah for pool and private beach area.

- The property was the Hilton which is not on the beachfront so had to walk further to get to beach - the pool wasn’t open and I was not notified of this - breakfast options were ok but coffee wasn’t good - finally the biggest issue is the lifts took ages / 10 mins to arrive - I walked as wasn’t on a high floor but beware if you are - the rooms are large and comfortable - the overall trip with Expedia did not have luggage included so I had to pay £200 extra for this

I would not rate this hotel high
Worn down, needs upgrading, nothing special ore nice with this hotel. It is NOT the hotel that are shown in from of the picture, but the tall building behind, so its over the road from the beach, but connected with the other hotel by a bridge. It is worn down and need upgrade, nothing is fancy ore special, i would never stay there again. only thing i find good, is the gym.
