We really liked our stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was tidy, and everything was nice and clean. If we had to complain, then it would be about the fact that we had to pay extra for a separate bed for our son (100 euro a night). We also had full board, but it was sometimes a bit unclear what was included and what wasn't. Another small annoyance would be that the restaurant near the beach usually had music, but the bar next to it (both from the hotel) would also have [different] music and the mixed music got a bit noisy. But it definitely did not spoil the fun. We really liked our stay.

Kamers zijn altijd heel erg schoon. Locatie is perfect omdat het erg dichtbij de boulevard zit. Het personeel is erg aardig en altijd bereidt je te helpen. Het ontbijt is prima. Als ik het vergelijk met vorig jaar toen we er ook verbleven dan vind ik dat ze zelfs vooruit zijn gegaan. Koffie machines zijn ten opzichte van vorig jaar aangeschaft bij het ontbijtruimte. De kinderen vonden het superleuk bij het zwembad. De glijbanen is echt een pluspunt. Ik hoop dat de service en netheid van het hotel zo blijft zodat we de komende jaren blijven terugkomen.

Het personeel was heel erg attent en wilde je graag helpen. Tijdens ons verblijf werden de glijbanen voor 4 dagen gesloten vanwege renovatie. Dat vonden wij enorm jammer omdat wij juist dit hotel hebben gekozen voor onze kinderen vanwege de glijbanen. Verder was het ontbijt erg eentonig en voor zo een groot hotel veel te weinig variatie. De lunch was ook exact hetzelfde iedere dag. Avond eten was ook erg mager. Halfpension voor dit hotel zou ik dus afraden. Personeel van het ontbijt/lunch en diner waren daarentegen superlief en erg attent! Misschien een tip om meer variatie in het ontbijt/lunch/diner te brengen. De omgeving van het hotel is erg goed, vlakbij JBR.

Our stay could be better. First of all we were very disappointed by the “standard room” not even having a normal window or groundfloor view. After we booked and payed for an update we got room with a broken safe, broken airconditioning and no hot water. The airco and safe got repaired but the water stayed cold. And then our experience with the Covid testing service. We took the 6 hour test, after 6 hours they needed to do a re-run which took another 4 hours! It caused a lot of stress. We even took a new test in another clinic which was negative. After the 4 extra hours and just before our plane left we got the results from your service, also negative. How is it possible that a 6 hour service takes 10 hours?

Very nice hotel at Jumeirah beach resort (JBR) with very friendly staff, especially at the club lounge. Many thanks to them for the lovely stay. We had. Two small remarks to be taken knto account : about nightclubs in the . neighbourhood=> too loud untill late after midnight. Wines are very expensive.

Ons verblijf in het hotel was helaas maar voor 3 dagen. We hadden een prachtige kamer op de 17e verdieping met uitzicht op de Palm.Het hotel heeft een perfecte locatie, 5 min op loop afstand van the Walk Mooie zwembad en direct aan het strand met op de achtergrond de skyline van Dubai Marina. We werden warm ontvangen en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader!

Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel ist zwar älter aber trotzdem schön. Die Zimmer sind im Orientstil gehalten, sodass es zu Dubai passt. Fussläufig ist alles in der Marina erreichbar. Auch die Metro ist nach 25min zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück ist groß und bietet für jeden etwas. Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier und würden es in JBR immer wieder buchen. Preis/Leistung passt.

Having stayed at numerous hotels in Dubai I was slightly disappointed with the Habatoor this time round. I stayed here last July for a quick break with my son and we both enjoyed the property although there was building work going on. This time with all the family I just think although a great hotel by European standards it’s just not got the polished finish that others in Dubai that I’ve stayed in has (zabeel zaray, medinat and Atlantis) disappointed that more extensive work was going on and that it was a messy site in that respect. Had some very good service but also some quite poor service as well at times. A good hotel for a more budget feeling 5 star in Dubai.

2nd time here and it doesn't disappoint. Great stay, great food and services. Go for the club room if you can and save some money. Staff very attentive to club room guests.

Excellent service
It's a good hotel. The service is excellent. The lounge access was a definite plus - the staff there were very friendly and helpful. A special shout out goes to Joseph at the beach who realised I had some tar on my feet and very gently and kindly cleaned it all off for me.
