Fijn hotel en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitmuntend ontbijt genoten. Verbeterpunt is wat fruit op de kamer, maakt het een nog fijner 5* hotel. Er is geen shut down service aanwezig. Zou ook fijne bijkomstigheid zijn. Net die extra’s die ik miste.

Fantastisch hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Enkel prijzen in hotel zijn stevig, zoals in veel duurdere hotels. Personeel doet er echt alles asn om je de Dubai ervaring van luxe te geven. Mooi zwembad en prima fitness faciliteiten!

Uitstekend Hotel met zeer goede voorzieningen.
Nu reeds hebben we vrienden onze zeer positieve ervaring medegedeeld. Echt grote nadelen zijn er niet, alleen om bij het wat drukke gebeuren te komen ( Marina en Walk) heb je een taxi nodig. Toch, taxi`s zijn niet duur en makkelijk te krijgen, valt het qua tijd best mee om op veel plaatsen te komen. Kortom de Grand Hyatt is een top hotel.

Top hotel voor alle typen reizigers.
Schitterend hotel en dichtbij het vliegveld. Zeer vriendelijke en professionele staf. Het hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een aantal goede restaurants. Het hotel ligt ongeveer 20 minuten (taxi) vanaf de Burj Khalifa (Dubai Mall) en 35 minuten vanaf de Mall of the Emirates. Er zijn hotels met een meer centrale ligging maar wij hadden gekozen voor een hotel met een lekker zwembad omdat de stranden in Dubai vrij beperkt zijn. Het zwembad is uitstekend en lekker groot. Het hoofd zwembad ligt los van het kinderzwembad waardoor het ook voor mensen zonder kinderen aantrekkelijk is. Het zwembad voor kinderen is overigens ook groot en mooi

Goed eten,mooi ingericht hotel, zeer kindvriendelijk, met speciaal kinderbad.Niets is het personeel van het hotel, het zwembad of receptie teveel. Al bij al een aanrader daar te verblijven.Geef het een tien met een griffel.

My experience with the Hyatt Dubai was amazing. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, and my room was comfortable. The outdoor pool was amazing and they had a 24 hour adult pool inside. I would definitely recommend this property.

The facility is beautiful! Unfortunately though it was very noisy in the room above me both nights I stayed. I was unable to sleep well because of the noise. I was also disappointed that my room was not serviced during the day while I was out. They came by at 8:40pm to clean my room but that didn’t suit me as I was already back in my room at that time. Overall I was disappointed by my stay there. It’s a beautiful place but I would not return.

Big disappointment
We had booked 6 nights at the Grand Hyatt in Dubai via Hotels.com. We have stayed at this hotel countless times and have always been happy. I estimate that we have stayed about 100 nights at this hotel. After arriving at 3 PM we were told that the room was not ready yet. After we refused to accept this, we were offered a room on the 2nd floor and when we moved into the room, instead of the usual wonderful view, this time we only had a view of bushes and a roof. Our complaint to the Chef de Reception didn't help, but he didn't even think it necessary to check the computer and simply told us grumpily that there were no rooms available on the upper floors. As regular guests for many years, we did not accept this and left immediately. We then moved to a hotel in Dubai, where they are known to be customer-friendly. The even bigger disappointment, however, was the booking company hotels.com, which showed absolutely no appreciation and only sent us, as "Gold Members", unfriendly emails from America. Here too, however, we have drawn the consequences and will stop working with Hotels.com in future. You would think that if you have been a good customer for years and are rewarded for this with GOLD status, that help will be provided the moment a problem arises. Unfortunately, this was not the case. New customers are apparently easier to find than to look after and satisfy old customers. This is very regrettable.
