Slitet hotell, men godkänd service
Rummen är rätt rymliga och är hyfsat väl utrustade. De är dock i dåligt skick och inredningen känns daterad. Mitt rum var heller inte särskilt bra städat. Det är det som drar ner betyget. Servicen jag fick var det inget fel på. En från receptionen följde med mig in på rummet och jag fick utförlig information o s v. Frukostbuffen var ganska liten och kändes rätt tråkig.

They did not honor my Expedia price. Charged me way more lies and said my stay was booked for the next day instead of my booked day. Then proceeds to tell me I didn't book their hotel because there's is the fortune grand but next time he'll give me a discount. The pictures of the hotel were the same as the Expedia pics and he found my booking with my name So sketchy all together paid and checked out 15 mins layer loud music from club downstairs and Didn't even receive a refund. NEVER AGAIN !

チェックインやチェックアウト後の対応は、どのホテルよりも丁寧でいわゆる神対応でした。早いチェックイン、チェックアウト後の荷物の保管等も快く接してくださりありがたかったです。 対応はいいものの、お風呂場に虫が二匹とコバエがいたのが気になりました…お風呂場の清掃の徹底をしたらいいと思います。 お世話になりました。 ありがとうござました。

Nice and clean.
Dejligt ophold. Stort rent værelse med en god seng. Uovertruffen service hele vejen igennem fra et flinkt og smilende personale. God WiFi. 1 km gang til Union (den centrale) Metro station. Nice stay in a large and clean room with a great bed. Excellent service from a nice and smiling staff. Great WiFi. Busses just outside the door and 10 min walk to the Union (central) Metro Station.

A place to "crash"
Hotel was fine as a place to "crash" but it held no other real plusses, other than it's surrounded by good Asian restaurants and Deira felt more like a mix of Delhi and Manila that UAE, which made it interesting and pleasant.

There are 2 dance bars (mujra) on ground floor. The music was so loud it even passed through and vibrated through the concrete floors. Went at midnight to complain the lobby but they said they cant do anything. Suffered the loud music whole night and left away at dawn! Don't go here

This hotel was in a good location to the City Mall and airport. The service and people were nice, but the condition of the interior and cleanliness was very poor. They have bugs also.
