The staff was very nice. We had to change rooms 3x's as they were smelly. The bathroom leaked constantly. After repeated complains it was fixed the night before our departure. Never again,

The check in was fast and efficent. The Staff at the reception were very coperative. Lots of restaurants around the Hotel. House keeping was very bad. Rooms not cleaned. Toiletries were not Replaced.

This is not a good place to be at all. They called me to know when I will be checking out a day before my check out time, and I told them it’s 12pm. it feels like cheating someone by showing fake claims online, its my worst experience. i have to bare them for more than 20+ nights. myself and my wife are explaining the difficulties every now and then but the front office executives are helpless to solve it due to poor management.

Çok bir şey beklemeyin
Girişte yaşadığım en büyük sorun kredi kartımdan bana sorulmadan tutar çekimesi idi. Rezervasyon sırasında kontrol amaçlı verdiğim kredi kartımdan, otelde gidince ödeme seçtiğim halde sabahtan 1/3 ücreti çekmişlerdi. Ben konaklamamda başka kredi kartı kullanacaktım. Limitleri ona göre ayarlamıştım. Resepsiyondaki görevli çekmedik bloke ettik gibi saçma bir açıklama yapsada ben o limiti kullanamadım ve sorun oldu. Ülkemdeki ödeme planlarımı buna göre yapmıştım. İptal edilip limitin açılması 3 günü buldu. Bunca zamandır Dubai'de otellerde kalırım hiç bu başıma gelmemişti. Gitmezsem akşamında çekersin. Hatta bana verdiğim kart mastercard bu karttan çekersem %3 komisyon alırım, visa karttan komisyon olmuyor dedi. Ben internette rezervasyon esnasında bu kartı verseydim komisyon ne olacaktı? Resepsiyondaki personelin biraz daha sakin olması gerekir. Benim giriş işlemlerime başlarken gelen telefonda sesini yükselterek konuşmaya başladı. Yandaki diğer görevli bile arkadaşı uyardı. Genel anlamda otelin eşyalarının biraz yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Ön yola bakan odalardan vermişlerdi. İçeri yol gürültüsü ve kapıdaki insanların konuşması geliyor. Lobininde mimarisinden dolayı aşağıda konuşan kişinin sesini üst katlarda duyabiliyorsunuz. Eğer sese takıntılı biriyseniz gece uyku sıkıntı olabilir. Bunun haricinde sıkıntılı bir durum yok. Metroya yürüme ile 5 dk mesafede. Özetle yaşadığım en büyük sorun kredi kartımı kullanmalarıydı. Bundan dolayı tekrar tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum.

Attention aux photos, elles sont trompeuses
Nous avions réservé un studio sur la base des photos publiés sur hotels.com. En entrant dans le studio, cela ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions vu. Il s'avère que les photos du studio sont celles de l'appartement. Après réclamation, Roy le manager nous a accordé un geste commercial avec un changement de chambre pour un appartement comme sur les photos pour les nuits suivantes. L'appartement est spacieux, service irréprochable et attentionné, on est aux petits soins. Il n'y avait pas de micro-ondes et de peignoirs, ils ont été amenés dans la minute. La plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas, elle a été immédiatement changée, le frein de la porte ne se débloquait pas, il a été remplacé sur le champs.

This property is in need of renovation. There are loose sockets in the walls and damp inside the kitchen units. The bathroom looks tired and very 70's 80's era. The first time we ran the water in the taps it was yellow although this was fixed straight away, I personally washed my face with bottled water after that. The staff were friendly and punctual and I suppose that's what keeps the hotel a 3-4 star. You will not be given tea/coffee nor bottled water but 1 bottle on the first day. Its close to the metro about 7 minute walk and has many local shops around. However minimum time was spent in the hotel as we went around Dubai:) We would not book this property again as we believe there are safety issues, the cooker kept turning off and on as it pleased when the switch was turned on. We traveled from the UK.

시설과 주변교통은 좋지만 휘트니스나 수영장사용은 불가 합니다.
장기 체류였는데 주변 대중교통도 만족 스러웠고 시설도 잘 관리 된듯 했습니다. 다만 휘트니스나 수영장은 사용할 수가 없었고 특히 수영장은 아예 운영하지 않았습니다. 공항셔틀은 전혀 지원되지 않았고요. 그리고, 예약된 요금이 전체 요금이라고 했는데 관광세를 별도로 징수 하더군요. 저는 분명히 고지 받기를 예약된 요금에 세금 서비스 숙박료 전체가 포함되어 있다고 했습니다.

Booked room with washing machine so I was upgraded to a one bedroom which was very spacious. There were building work taking place st the hotel during daytime and there was no notice given to customers either on the website or throughout the hotel, this meant it was difficult to sleep during the day. Staff at the hotel decided to try and enter my room while I was sleeping although a do not disturb sign was posted, their reason was they wanted to check in ok because I was not in the room over a weekend.

الفندق مستوحى من تصميم برج العرب الداخلي، ولكن خدمات الاستقبال تحتاج إلى مزيد من التطوير خصوصاً في فترة المساء، قد تعاني من بعض الازعاج داخل الغرف، قد تجد المنطقة أشبه ما يكون كسكن للموظفين المقيمين في أمارة دبي، أكثر مايميز المنطقة قرب المطاعم ذات الطابع الهندي، أقرب مركز تسوق هو البرجمان ويحتاج إلى تقريباً 15 دقيقة كأقصى حد "مشي على الأقدام" وكذلك لأقرب محطة مترو تحتاج إلى تقريباً 10 دقائق على الأقل

Terrible Hotel, smells bad
Less staff, bed is saggy, bed mattress needs replacement, non smoking room but it smells cigarette. Shower knob is missing and i have to get out of the shower to call them to fix it. There are molds on the shower tiles as well. The worst thing is, it took them more than an hour to bring our luggages to our room despite my several calls. Also when we check out, it also took them long to take our luggages down. Staff not so nice. Not a single smile. I will not recommend this hotel.

GREAT VALUE AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Let's deal with the "negative" first - this is not the most modern or recently refurbished hotel in Dubai. In all other respects our experience at the Almanar was EXCEPTIONAL - not a word I use lightly. The apartment we had was exceptionally large, very well maintained, had a huge and very comfortable bed with new linen - and a kitchenette which gave us great flexibility in our eating arrangements Sheetal , the Front Office Manager, supervises a highly effective operation with very helpful staff who responded very quickly and effectively to the two minor requests we made. The apartments are very well located close to the metro. We ate on the 17th floor of a neighbouring very expensive hotel - the Park Regis Kris Kin. The view at night was absolutely stunning and the buffet was superb. The combination of apartment and restaurant represent unrivalled quality and value. Unless you want to pay very substantially more for one of the new high rise hotels, you will find it very difficult to match the Almanar Grand.

ネットで掲示してる写真とイメージが異なり、予約した部屋タイプと実際に泊まるのも違います。 プラス部屋の中に蠅と小さなゴキブリがいました。 部屋にスリッパとハンガーも無く、何回かお願いしてやっと持って来てくれました。

Cet hôtel nécessite une bonne rénovation, ce qui n'apparaît pas sur les photos. La literie est confortable, le lit spacieux (en fait, 2 lits de 140 juxtaposés) Pas de balcon, ni patio, contrairement aux indication du site.Pas de canapé-lit non plus, pas de... cheminée(!). Dans la cuisine, quelques ustensiles, une bouilloire électrique, mais pas le moindre sachet de thé ou de café. Séparée de la chambre contiguë par une simple porte, ce qui permet d'entendre la télé et les conversations des voisins. On doit pouvoir trouver mieux à un prix équivalent. Seul le hall d'arrivée est agréable et spacieux
