'We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

'The apartment was lovely! We will definitely book again if we revisit Dubai. It is located across from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. Everything is at your disposal. Plenty of food and coffee options feet away. The area is great. Parking took two times to get but is easy once you get it down. We messaged the what’s app a few times and never got a response but everything was taken care of in moments of messaging. We really loved the space here. Hope to come again.'

'The only positive about this place is the location and views. However there is a tower being built right outside (very common) so don't expect to enjoy the balcony during the day. The furniture was in Poor condition. The bathroom had some nasty product in the shower, the silverware was dirty. The unit is in good condition but everything in it seemed bad. The fridge didn't fit the space. And then there are hidden fees....please review ALL the fees. I was there 3 days and I would have to pay for...

Dann Internetfernseher nachdem ich protestierte , der funktionierte 2 Tage , dann nicht mehr . Dennoch war die Lage perfekt , die wohnung war sehr gross, ich würde da wieder wohnen. '
