Prettig verblijf
Zoals we gewend zijn, zijn de NH Collection hotels erg prettig om in te verblijven. Goede locatie, goed hotel. Op onze terugweg vanuit Polen besloten we opnieuw hier te overnachten. Aandachtspunt is wel Housekeeping. Vorige week was de douchekop kapot, gisteren het koffiezetapparaat. Beide keren opgelost maar het zou eigenlijk niet nodig hoeven te zijn. Al met al wederom een prettig verblijf met parkeergarage onder het hotel.

Uitstekend hotel, zeer ruime kamer, clean en nieuw, met een extra kitchenette, alles zoals het hoort. Zeer aan te bevelen, werkelijk in het centrum en toch rustig, het grenst aan de Altmarkt, en de onmiddellijke omgeving is verkeersvrij. De beroemde monumenten zijn vlakbij, hooguit 5 minuten wandelen. Ik had een zeer goede prijsdeal.

Gunstig gelegen
Onvriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Ontbijt was uitstekend, personeel daar was wel zeer vriendelijk. Goede bedden met heerlijk beddengoed.

Hotel met prachtig uitzicht, in dit geval over de Weihnachtsmarkt. Ontvangst en balie zeer koel. Ook de volgende dagen, kon er geen lachje af of een vriendelijk goedemorgen. De kamer bij aankomst was prima, helaas daarna zakte het af. bed werd rechtgetrokken en schone handdoeken neergelegd. Het schoonmaken van een gebruikt glas op de kamer of badkamer liet men rustig staan.Beslist een 5 minuten schoonmaak. Viel mij erg tegen. Ontbijt hebben we daar niet gebruikt. € 25 pp is wel erg veel. Beneden was een klein restaurantje waar je met 3 personen minder kwijt was dan de € 25 pp in het hotel. Voorr € 20 met z'n drieën. Het enige leuke was dat op de ochtend van 6 december St, Nikolaus er bij de deur een zakje stond met chocolade figuren met o.a. de Sinterklaas en wat kerstballen.

Great hotel, nice view, great breakfast.
Really very good hotel, with excellent helpful personell, special attendance (drink and towel) upon arrival, beautiful room with good working airco, great choise for breakfast, Nespresso and tea in the room for free, comfortable beds (also good enough for large persons), good food also as room service and small refreshments in the lobby, perfectly situated for visiting the 'Altstadt' in an athmosfere of care feeling of modest luxury that combines good with the beauty of the inner city. Price quality relation really very good, based on the price we booked for. Parking right underneath, for extra comfort, especially when you arrive early or when you leave long after checking out. My experience is that the guests who report about cheap hotels, tend to overrate the quality of it, perhaps because they are not familiar with really good hotels and/or are easily satisfied.

Es war an sich ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück hatte für jeden was dabei. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Top Lage alles zu Fuß erreichbar und direkt an den Straßenbahnen. Absolut ruhig kein Lärm nichts. Allerdings gab es drei technische Defekte. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht getan, es war dauerhaft stickig. Der Kühlschrank hat auch nicht gekühlt. Und der Dunstabzug im Bad war auch nicht in Betrieb.

The hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and accommodating. Transportation is questionable. I had a fall before coming and hurt my knee. Uber is not available. Tram doesn’t go everywhere. Restaurante employees in the town square are nice and called a taxi for me. This hotel was the best out of all the other hotels we stayed in, on this trip to Germany.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot and puts you right in the middle of all the Dresden attractions. The staff was very pleasant and the room was great.

Staff was fantastic. Extremely helpful! Location is perfect for anything you want to do in Dresden. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Spa and wellness center was a great addition.

The position is excellent. Easy walking distance to all the sites. 2 min walk to trams if needed. Our room overlooked the markets and it snowed while we were there. Absolutely magical. Loved it.

素晴らしいホテルからの眺めでした。 中央駅からはドラムで行った方がいいです、歩くとショッピングセンター街を通ることになるので大変です。 自分が言った時は客層は年齢高めの方が多かったので、落ち着いた雰囲気だと朝食会場で思いました。 スリッパ、髭剃り、タオル、バスローブなどはフロントで言えばもらえます。 サウナは水着は無くても大丈夫でした。 ただ、サウナ室に入る時に部屋の鍵がいるのと、サウナのロッカーを使うならフロントに言って借りる感じになります。 また来たいと思います。

Die Lage direkt am Altmarkt lässt die zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang. Das gebuchte Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, mit direktem Blick auf die Kreuzkirche und gut ausgestattetem Bad. Das gebuchte Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. The rooms are great, clean with everything you need. The staff is so kind and friendly. The location of this hotel is fantastic especially if you want to attend the big Christmas market in Dresden.
