'Had such a great time at Gava! Valentina and Andrew were both so sweet, and they gave me such great tips for what to do and where to go. The hostel was very clean; you can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping the area tidy! 'Very small and basic, holes in the mosquito net, no soap in the bathroom, couldn’t flush the toilets, breakfast was nice, friendly staff. You leave a deposit when you check in, in case u lose the key. Nowhere to park. Short walk to the beach. Free cold water. Was okey but wouldn’t really recommend. '

'I am having a nightmarish, hellish time here. The rooms here are like prison cells, quite literally. They are not like in the pictures, they are so small that the bed is up against the walls on 3 sides. They have one bare lightbulb and are dark and dreary. The air conditioning doesn't work in any of the rooms. In fact homeless shelters are nicer than this. The place is not as described. There are not english speaking staff. "Ligging is perfect, complex is omgeven door prachtige tuinen en strand is top. Voor een groot complex ook redelijk rustig ten opzichte van andere resorts die soms party hotels zijn. Alleen van 4 tot 6 uur staat de muziek wat harder bij het grote zwembad vanwege de animatieactiviteiten. Andere zwembad is altijd rustig. Ook veel faciliteiten in apart "family" gedeelte voor kinderen. Bungalows zijn lekker ruim en modern, voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Eten in buffet restaurants is van goede kwaliteit en gevarieerd. Nadeel is dat a la carte restaurants 24 uur vooraf gereserveerd moeten worden en dat er verkopers actief zijn voor holiday time sharing. Genoten van het verblijf. "
