Stunning views all around, and the perfect distance between the mountains for outdoor activities while still being close enough to Denver for an evening out. 'Five women who came out to enjoy Mother’s Day with their kids, we have been friends for over 30 years. Had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. We so enjoyed this property. Only issue I would mention is the patio was unusable as there is a tree that sheds onto the lovely patio furniture.'

It was off a busy road, so I would recommend some heavy curtains in the bedrooms to help drown out the noise and lights, otherwise we had a great stay!'

'This two bedroom house was very clean and had a great front porch for us to hang out on in the beautiful Colorado weather. We loved that both bedrooms had comfortable king size beds. The host was very easy to work with as well. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs...

'We loved our stay in Wash Park neighborhood. Walkability quality is 10/10. Great restaurants for choice and quality. This was the perfect location for the 2 concerts we attended. One concert was at Red Rocks and one was at Mission Ballroom. 10/10 highly recommend. We hope to return again one day soon.'

Natalie made sure that we had everything we needed and more. She even went above and beyond and searched for an item that was lost on our trip. Communication was great. Highly recommend.'

'Great spot for four adult friends (one couple) to hang out for a few days and see Denver. Very clean (and I'm picky), great communication, and cozy mix of old home vibes and eclectic decor. Walkable to a ton of restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to everything else. Downstairs shower is a little tight but completely workable. Gas fireplace was a great perk during cold evenings on the couch. Dedicated garage was also incredibly convenient and saved us the stress of street parking....
