'Great place to stay. It's conveniently located to several places to include a short drive (30 min or so) to Louisville and Churchill Downs. Property Managers were easily accessible and very kind. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple's retreat. Thank you.'

'This property was located in a resort with several other cottages and homes yet it was nice and quiet. The cottage we stayed in was clean and was very well equipped with all your kitchen needs. Our get away was more about relaxing away from people so we didnt utilize the lake, but it was easily accessible just minutes from where we were. The hottub was clean and ready to use. 'Loved it. It was a perfect setup for our family getaway and spending a weekend with my brother who is in a wheeelchair. Love that the ramp up to the door was ada compliant…. Only complaint was that the doorways was too small to accommodate his wheelchair but it all worked out :) '

'The cabin is everything described in the listing. Very clean, inviting and well decorated. It was so peaceful sitting on the porch watching the wildlife and hearing the birds chirp while drinking your morning coffee. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and family. We were there exploring the Bourbon as a weekend getaway.'

'Very disappointed in the upkeep of the home. There is no pride of ownership. Worn and pealing deck. Caps missing from deck posts. Chunk of siding has a hole in it. Worn and pealing interior wood floors. Mismatched furniture and wood tops on several nightstands and tables are pealing. Family room overhead light did not work. Mismatched bulbs in overhead kitchen. 'Yearly my wife and I get away just to enjoy our time together. This is the second year in a row we stayed at this location and we are planning on next year already. 'My dad and I had a great stay at the cabin. We were in town for the PGA Championship at Valhalla and the cabin was a great place to unwind after a long day in the course. 'The area is beautiful but this place was not worth it. As nice as the manager Suzanne was she couldn’t do anything and no one apparently makes sure things are clean and working between rentals. I guess the owners are to blame. They sure don’t take care of what they have. The deck was new. The view was nice. It was the only true part of their ad.'
