The best part of the experience was the service from the manager and Estelle, an employee at the front desk. They were both the sweetest and very helpful in giving recommendations and negotiating with the moto taxis. '

Notre chambre était très agréable, un grand lit, un matelas parfait, et, exceptionnel ici, de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain c'est rare. L'après midi , si c'est un jour de congé, la piscine n'est pas agréable, il y a beaucoup de gens de l'extérieur, mais on comprend que l'hôtel doive rentabiliser, et le matin elle est juste pour nous. Accueil efficace. On reviendra. '

'The hotel is nicely renovated with comfortable rooms. The price level is relatively high and the service in the hotel does not match the price level at all. One great lady at the reception, for the rest lots of guys in suits doing nothing and unable to help out in peak periods. Food is mediocre and the cleaning crew do their work during peak (breakfast, lunch etc.) periods. Was there for two nights and got two very annoying phone calls on what time I was planning to check out. '

Kortom alles om u zo snel en efficiënt mogelijk verder te helpen om het zeer spirituele Benin te kunnen verkennen en een fijne...

'Personeel zijn heel weg vriendelijk. Beveiliging is ook top. Alleen voor een 4 sterren hotel is de kamer voorziening niet waard. Schimmel op de plafon ,veel vlekken op de tapijt , toilet die niet Goed doorspoeld.'

'BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...
