"I chose this hotel for the swimming pool and the restaurant. Upon arrival they told me that both the swimming pool and restaurant were under renovation. Nevertheless, they offered to use the swimming pool in the other Estelar hotel at 22km distance. To get there, ONE transfer bus was available at 10.30 am. And to get back ONE transfer bus was aailable at 5.30 pm. If unable to take these buses you had to pay 35 USD one way. In my opinion, this is a scandal and even a scam. No discounts were offered, only 1 transfer bus available. They could at least make sure there was an hourly shuttle service. "
