'We had three families stay in the house over spring break. There are multiple bedrooms and tons of space so there was never any crowding or uncomfortableness. Worked out perfect to have the teens on one wing of the house since they were up late every night. Pool and hot tub area is beautiful. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby while being in a quiet neighborhood. The home really did have everything you needed to be comfortable…multiple refrigerators, tv’s, pool table, grill, etc....

'Thank you for a great stay! I came to the area for a short family get together. I booked last minute but received all details super fast. The place was just as described. Super easy check in. Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to get to the beach. Quick walk to the end of the street to catch the sunset at a public access point. Had everything we needed (ex. Towels, extra blankets, soap, pots/pans, ect. ) Would definitely stay again if in the area.'

The pool area was as described, but due to the rainy weather, was in need of cleaning when we arrived. 'I went on this trip with my 21 year old son. We had adult family, cousins and a few friends. The house was amazing. We utilized the kayak's and enjoyed the lake behind us very much. We saw manatee on our first day. The pond next to us brought much enjoyment as we saw beautiful birds and turtles all week long. The house itself was gorgeous and spacious for our group. We took an Uber to the store right down the street and to Palm Pavilion to spent a day at the beach, only 5 miles away....

'We stayed here for a week during my son's spring break. This is a beautiful modern home with nice furnishings. Four bedrooms and two full baths. Coffee bar and quiet breakfast room was a plus. However, there were definitely some cons which put a damper on our trip. We booked this house partially because of the pool and that was a let-down. The screened in pool was dirty and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Pollen was everywhere, and filtered through the screens and into the pool. Bugs...

Less than a mile and a half from the ballpark, with grocery stores etc. nearby, and an easy ride to the beach. It is fully equipped with everything we needed for a week.
