Beetje verouderd meubilair maar gezellig en verzorgd ingericht. Kraaknet hotel en zeer bekwame, vriendelijke, hulpvaardige uitbaters. Een aanrader als luchthavenhotel!

De beschrijving van faciliteiten klopt niet. Hierdoor geen diner, maar simpele broodjes die ik toevallig mee had.

Er zijn verse pizza's en lasagne maar als je dat niet vraagt.... bovendien zijn we een b&b...(bed en breakfast).

Manager deserves credit!
We stayed in this hotel in April 2018 for one night only. Very conveniently located near the Charleroi airport. There was a miscommunication regarding our pickup/taxi to the hotel, but the manager was extremely friendly and helpful and ended picking us up for free! The room was basic, but very clean and comfortable (our room wasn't renovated). The restaurant seemed to be closed, but the chef was able to provide a simple meal for us (frites and salad) which was surprisingly brilliant! We had missed the Belgian fries after long travels abroad! We had an early flight to catch and the manager (again!) was so nice to give us a ride, in the middle of the night! This level of service is very rare. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks to the manager we had a wonderful experience. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Prima klein hotel voor overnachting voor vlucht.
Had navraag gedaan over shuttlekosten. Toen was mij beloofd dit kosteloos te doen met eigen transport. Eigenaar kon dit op de heenweg niet zelf doen, maar heeft een gratis taxi voor mij geregeld. Stond er prima op tijd. Op de terugweg heeft hij mij persoonlijk opgehaald, Prima service. Kon auto gratis voor de deur laten staan. Deze shuttle wel vooraf vragen anders wel kosten.

Simpel hotel
Ze zeggen dat ze een chuttle service hebben naar luchthaven. Na telefonisch contact te hebben verzekerden ze mij dat het geen probleem was en het een gratis service was. Daar toe gekomen zeiden ze ineens dat het 12€ was. Gelukkig was er nog een andere persoon op dezelfde tijd en hebben we de kosten gedeeld. Als we terug komen moeten we naar het hotel bellen en zij bellen dan een taxi. Dus weer kosten. Dit is geen transfer service. Volgende keer boek ik ergens anders waar de service wel beter geregeld is

De shuttle is niet gratis (het is toch vermeld in de site) maar wat wordt gezegd is de volgende ; " als ik daar ben (de director) dan kom ik u halen en dat zal gratis zijn en als ik dar niet ben, dat hoef je 12€ betalen.

Geen luchthavenshuttleservice beschikbaar !!!
Het verblijf zelf was OK. Maar op de site beloofde Hotels.com vervoer naar en van de luchthaven voor 4€ per persoon. Voor de heenreis zorgde het hotel voor een taxi waarvoor we 15€ moesten betalen. Voor de terugreis was het hotel niet bereikbaar, en namen we zelf aan taxi aan de luchthaven waarvoor we nogmaals 15€ hebben betaald.

Beste , Jullie hebben zelf een taxi genomen en moesten het hotel voor bellen!!, als u naar het hotel heeft gebeld, kostte het taxi 12€. S'morgens, hebt u naar een taxi gebeld en die neemt ook 12€???

Le propriétaire est d’une gentillesse incroyable et se met en 4 pour ses clients. Je n’ai jamais vu ça et pourtant je voyage quand même pas mal. Le niveau de service est formidable. Merci 🙏

malheureusement c'était une réservation non remboursable et nous n'avons pas pu relouer la chambre....en plus vous n'avez pas payé chez nous ....ce commentaire est malhonnête

Definitely worth a stay
As noted by other travelers, the manager/owner and his son make this hotel worth booking. A bit challenging to get to hotel as the bus that passes it does not stop directly in the airport (need to go to main road). We paid $20 for a taxi. And the room had some small things that were not in great condition. However, the room served its purpose which was to easily catch an early morning flight and had reliable internet for a Zoom meeting I had. Also, the room had a tea kettle and coffee/tea packets and the owner gave us bottled water upon arrival and upgraded us to a double bed as I reserved a twin by mistake. For no charge, he also offered us coffee and a croissant before heading the the airport. Finally, his son took as to a nearby restaurant when we said we needed to get dinners and offered to pick us up when we finished although it was under a 10 minute walk because it was freezing temperature. The restaurant (the new vintage) served good food!

Fantastic overnight stay
This hotel was absolutely perfect for an overnight stay close to the airport. The owner was a brilliant host and made us feel very welcome even offering us a lift to the airport at 04:45 which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are very clean and well furnished with comfy beds also. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be close to Charleroi airport.

Great Service!
Literally the best service I’ve ever received. The gentleman behind the desk was so nice and ensure we had anything we needed before turning in for the night. We had a very early morning flight and he made sure we were able to get some coffee and a croissant before we left.

Excellent stay and service
Our stay at the park hotel airport in Charleroi airport was excellent and relaxing, the owner and his son couldn't do enough for you and the hotel is an excellent choice to stay,the owner was very accommodating and with the free airport transfer which is only about 5 minutes was just perfect. One of the best I've stayed in and I use hotels alot. 5 out of 5 stars for this hotel,the owner and his son Sammy.will definitely use again next time flying from Charleroi

An Hotel the Lives Up to Providing Good Service!
Arrived after midnite to find out that the hotel was fully-booked. Up stepped the owner of the hotel, who appologized that our room was no longer available and then picked up the phone, got us a more expensive room at another property, paid for it with his credit card, and drove us to the other hotel. In the morning, he sent his son to pick us up and drive us to the rent-a-car facility. That is service and I will reserve the Park Hotel the next time I need to come to the Brussels area.

Just because you had paid 6€ for 2croissants, yoghourt coffee and orange juice and you said " that is all?" and proposed you some more and you said no. Just be honest...that is all

This kind of hotels are used for one night: you come late and go early. The room was freezing cold and stayed cold for all night. The window was looked at the car park where a lot of people was chatting, means there was no privacy. I dont recommend that hotel.

Dear Miss, Parking is facting the hotel,.... there no people chatting all night in front of the hotel?? as you said they come late, sleep and go to the airport.No privacy? there are black out curtain. I hope that at your home, the windows are facing the landscape or you are the only inhabitants. Cold? just tur on the heating and that's ok. During the day it was 20°....most of the people does not like heating in the night. What is ununderstandable is that you did not come to the reception to change room or explain your needs. World has a lack of communication.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall the hotel has seen better days, its a bit dated with some tear and wear but very clean. The staff was polite and friendly.

Owner of the hotel is very friendly and offered to pick me up at the airport himself, as the shuttle was unavailable. Very pleasant room and a good selection of TV channels. Only stayed briefly, as I had an early flight for which the hotel arranged transport.

En dépannage...
Suis pas sur que la note sous si élevée en France. Il faut déplorer l'isolation intérieure, le manque de volets, donc l'isolation extérieure aussi...puisque l'hotel est situé sur une route très passante. Petit déj' simple.
