Comfortabel hotel, gunstig gelegen tegenover het station en op loopafstand van het historische centrum. Uitstekende service, vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid continentaal ontbijt. Diner mogelijk in naastgelegen restaurant Le Duplex. Eigen parkeergarage tegen betaling.

Slecht onderhouden hotel geen 4 sterren waard zelfs geen 3. Sorry voor het personeel dat hier moet werken. Begrijp de Accor keten niet om dit verval te laten gebeuren. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Graag een antwoord van Accor en wat doe ik met mijn Sofitel getrouwheidskaart?

Vlakbij centrum; beperkt aantal restaurants in de buurt. Parkeergarage nogal krap, zeker als er een auto naast je in het vak staat. Geen uitzicht.

Goed hotel, net personeel, kamer was ruim en erg netjes. Ligt op loopafstand van de "stad" en een parkeer garage onder het hotel (alleen erg krap om in en uit te rijden, zijn wel kosten aan verbonden)

property is old need proper attention. First night we were put in a room on unfinished floor. the hallway ceiling is being replaced and just covered with plastic sheet. airconditioning is non existing. when we came back after going to Grenoble, we were put in a room that smells like disinfectant and the bathroom lights are not working. It was late in the afternoon and the reception clerk was apologetic, that their maintenance is no longer available. she offered us a free drink in the bar ( we refused ). at least she did what she can. much appreciated. on the positive, the staff are excellent and the property is opposite to train station.

We chose the hotel as we were touring France by train and the hotel waa right across the road from the station. Staff were excellent and helpful. Very good choice for breakfast to set us up for the day. We ate on a evening at the restaurant attached although believe it's a seperate business. Superb food so no need to leave the hotel on a wet night.

Je vois que votre arrivée a été faite entre 12h et 14h. Nous sommes toujours 2 en réception sauf pendant ce créneau qui permet à notre équipe de se restaurer à tour de rôle. La réceptionniste en charge de votre accueil est arrivée il y a peu de temps, elle se familiarise petit à petit avec Chambéry.Nous comprenons que notre parking soit difficile d’accès. Les places sont malheureusement à la taille de la construction de l’époque, (il y a 30 ans) il est vrai que les voitures récentes rencontrent quelques difficultés à se garer. Good station hotel
Great location across the road from the station and an east 5-10 minute walk into town. For the money a great hotel with a comfortable bed and good sized room. Staff were friendly. We ate at the restaurant as we struggled to get in anywhere in town without a booking on a Saturday night and the meal was very good. An ideal hotel if you're travelling to/from the train station and the price is good.

Piccola la finestra della camera La colazione a 14 euro e di bassa qualità, cappuccino da una macchinetta self service ma buono lo yogurt Mi consiglio andate in un qualsiasi 3 stelle spendendo meno ma con sicuramente lo stesso trattamento

El aparcamiento está sujeto a disponibilidad a su llegada. Tenga en cuenta que disponemos de 4 aparcamientos públicos a menos de 150 m del hotel, así que no dude en llamarnos antes de su llegada y estaremos encantados de ayudarle.Lamentamos que la ropa de cama no fuera de su agrado. Se eligió ropa de cama firme cuando cambiamos todos nuestros colchones en 2019 con la adición de cubrecolchones para una mayor comodidad. Right across from the train station. Short walk to the tourist area of town. Grocery and dining options near by. Very comfortable bed! Highly recommend.
