'Comfortable and luxury hotel to relax a few days. Unfortunately the breakfast was very poor (not a Four Seasons worth) and the prices in the restaurant are too high. Swimmingpool is fabulous, a friendly staff.'

'We were pleasantly surprised by the renovations made during this past year. Great place to visit wine country Uruguay.'

'Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room was bright, clean, bed was comfy, air-conditioning worked. Location was pretty good for Carmelo proper - just off the centre, with easy access for everything from bus station to some of the best food in town. Not so good was the limited front-desk hours which meant having to plan to arrive within a two-hour window. Also the bikes for rent could be in better shape (and not all built for six-foot-tall riders).'
