Le personnel de réception sont gentils, les deux serveurs qui s'occupe de la partie droite en rentrant dans le restaurant sont au top, par contre le responsable du restaurant a des points d'amélioration car il faut qu'il apprend a écouter les préférences des clients et ne pas les prendre de haut. La piscine est une catastrophe, le maître nageur est là juste pour discuter et passer le temps, on fils a faillit se noyer et j'étais obligé de se jeter dans l'eau avec mes habits pour le secourire résultat, montre connectée a la poubelle et porte feuille avec tous se qu'il y a dedans mouillé. Bref, a part les fils de la réception et les deux filles du restaurant l'hôtel est une catastrophe. Je ne reviendrai jamais.

Fantastic location, clean and lovely pool area right next to the beach. Great choice of food at every sitting. Supermarket across the road for drinks. Ideal for bike hiring and walking into salou 1 mile or Cambrils 3 miles on safe path along the beach.

Nous n'avons pu dormir le soir au vu du bruit et du manque de respect des personnes qui passaient en continu devant la chambre en faisant un bruit pas possible (rires, hurlements, course et sauts...), puis réveillés en sursaut à 3h du matin pour les mêmes raisons et rebelotte tôt le matin... On est partis avec de belles cernes après une nuit passée dans cet hôtel ! Vraiment dommage car le reste (agencement de la chambre, services proposés et personnel extrêmement gentil) etait top!

Ich würde definitiv gute 3,5* geben, aber keine 4*. Die Zimmer und besonders Badezimmer war ziemlich abgenutzt. Bettwäsche eher grau als weiß. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Personal! War immer sauber geputzt und im Restaurant lief alles nach Möglichkeit schnell. Viele spanische Gäste, bzw. Rentner im Oktober, leider wenige deutsche mit Kindern. Animation sehr langweilig und überhaupt nicht animiert. Wir haben günstig gebucht und zu dem Preis werden wir wieder buchen.

Staff worked so hard. Friendly, super clean hotel and pool area. Amazing really. Entertainment was great. The only thing is the air conditioning. You are forced as a guest to tolerate 24 degrees Celsius in your room. They have a strict policy about this according to maintenance and front desk. They will not decrease the temperature for the guests. Unfortunately our room had all sun exposure all day, So the coldest our room would get was 25 degrees Celsius. First 2 days I left the patio door open at night to cool off the room, but unfortunately I eaten by mosquitos, which then had a severe allergic reaction to so ended up on antihistamines pills and creams. The heat in the room just aggravated the inflammation. Hence asked twice to have them lower the temperature in the room, maintenance said they could to our section of the hotel but needed permission. Needless to say nothing was done. So great hotel, just a warning to people that are heat sensitive, do NOT stay here. I spent 5 days in absolute discomfort, the saving grace is the pool which is slightly cold, but a God send when your overheating in the room.
