Nous sommes très heureux de savoir que vous avez passé un bon séjour et que vous avez apprécié une bonne gastronomie à l’Hôtel Kaktus Playa. En ce qui concerne l’insonorisation des couloirs, nous sommes surpris par le commentaire puisque nous avons pris en compte cette question lors de la rénovation de l’hôtel, mais nous l’examinerons également pour nous assurer que nous répondons vraiment aux normes d’insonorisation souhaitées. Nous sommes vraiment désolés que le nettoyage des chaises longues dans la piscine n’était pas adéquat. Nous avons transmis votre commentaire au service concerné afin d’améliorer cet aspect et d’éviter que cela ne se reproduise.
