'We were welcomed and the room was clean and the beds really comfortable, nice walk from the door but also lots of gorgeous quaint villages within short drives. The food was good and no issue with parking at all. '

'This is a very comfortable, spotlessly clean and tidy B and B with a great breakfast and very friendly staff. Some really nice touches are the delicious chocolate bars in rooms daily and on the last day a post card appears on your table of one of the excellent pencil drawings by the owner which line the walls of the breakfast room. 'We stayed for two nights in Fernilee a twin room and although a small room the quality of products linen etc was superb and it was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was lovely and roomy with the decor complimenting the rest of the house and a great walk in shower. Our welcome and throughout the stay was from Andie and Neil the hosts was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were greeted with a sit down , cup of tea/coffee and home made ginger cake, home made cake were available every day...

'This is an excellent cottage, located very conveniently to Buxton and Leek and Jo is a wonderful host - cozy and comfortable rooms, warm and a very friendly host. We loved our stay and highly recommend it - on top of all this, the view is to die for!'

'We enjoyed a comfortable stay here. The flat is well appointed and cosy. The bathroom is a real luxury too. Pre arrival info was poor and we had difficulty accessing the key safe but eventually worked it out. The lack of parking during office hours was frustrating but manageable. These two negatives shouldn’t put anyone off staying as it was a great location and really nice flat. '
