'Dit complex was een slechte ervaring. We hadden een hotelkamer geboekt voor 5 personen/3 bedrooms en het bleek een serviced appartement te zijn in het naastgelegen gebouw. Het hotel leek prima, maar dit gedeelte was een grote teleurstelling. Slecht onderhouden, het behang kwam van de muren af, het slot van het balkon moesten we laten repareren omdat het omgedraaid zat (!), lekkage/overlopende afvoer in de badkamer, geen wifi, en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. We moesten overal om vragen. Wel...

'Decent hotel for one night stay for the price that I’m paying so you pay for what you get. Overall ok location though not sure why the reception isn’t at the front of the building next to the road but one has to walk down an alley to another building. The building has seen better times and definitely would do with some renovations. Basic cleanliness but the sheets had lipstick and dirt stains, and bed was pretty rock hard. '

'Pro: connected to the mall with a grocery store. Very easy to find something to eat. Very helpful staff, they can help arrange rides if needed. Con: the room is a little run down, can see some wires in the wall, and the corners of walls are chipped. Overall its a good hotel.'

'We love the Tudor! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited in end Nov. Felt like we are in European hotel. The staff we met are all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the duplex room with the attic and it was a nice experience sleeping in the tudor attic. We will certainly visit again!'

'The frontdesk staff especially Selvam was very accomodating and also generous with the bottled water giveaways. The room was clean and the AC was freeeeezing just like a Proton Automobile. Don't expect 5 star facilities as this is obviously a budget hotel and you'll be fine. The bathroom could use a tune up as some of the equipment inside were reaching their end-of-life. Would come back again.'
