Meh. The positives, clean, nice pool & a good breakfast. The negatives, beds are marginal and there is little hot water for showers. Normally I like to stay at a Fairfield, but I doubt that I would return to this one.

Only reason I didn't rate excellent was the room above us had a child running and jumping off the bed. They did this for hours and finally I called the front desk at 10:20 pm. Second night we were awoken by the child at 11:30 pm. I will say the staff was very helpful

The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were dated and in one case dirty. The first room we were given was dirty and there was even a small roach in there. The second room was better, however it was dated and the window curtin was torn and needed to be replaced.

Great quick stay
They held our room for us for our very late arrival. They greeted us weary and tired travelers with a friendly smile and great service. The room was clean, staff nice, food area was nicely stocked and it felt very safe arriving that late at night. Only bad thing.....1 of 2 elevators were out of service...no big deal.

Near the Mall
Forgot to mention it to the front desk, but there was a popping noise that kept coming from the bathroom. Sounded like some one was bouncing a ball off the wall. It appeared to be coming from the mirror. Room was nice bed was not quite right for me, but most aren’t.

Nice room with comfortable bed! The breakfast had nice options of mini spinach omelets, sausage, bagels, oatmeal, and waffles. The only two things I would improve about the hotel is have a light or medium roast coffee available and would be nice to have a charging block for cell phones in the rooms. Most hotels have both. We enjoyed our stay.😊
