Vengo sempre in questo Albergo. Bellissima struttura in ottima posizione centrale. Impossibile trovare difetti. Camere spaziosissime vista mare con ottimi servizi . Bellissima sia la Spa che la piscina. Bella anche la spiaggia. Ottima colazione. Unica segnalazione: metterei un bollitore nelle camere per potersi fare un caffè.

The property is lovely and such a wonderful location directly beside the old town and the Budva port which is lined with restaurants and a few beach clubs. Our room (3032) was just perfect with a direct sea view as well as of the old town to our left. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was such a relaxing place to spend a day, and just wish we had more time to explore the area better. The breakfast was varied and good, not great. But I’m being picky here with that. Highly recommend this hotel and so glad we chose it. :)

Fint hotell med bra läge vid stranden och nära Gamla stan med mycket restauranger. Varning för piren i betong som är VÄLDIGT hal. Såg människor trilla varje dag och sista dagen riktigt illa.

No problem with cleaning. Reception staffs are helpful. When making the reservation, it was said that there is a shuttle service from the airport, but when I asked the reception at the hotel, they did not even know about it. That was interesting. Hotel has good beach. Foods were good.

Fräscht hotell i ett perfekt område.
Hotellet är stort, med fräscha rum, trevlig personal och god frukost. Det ligger precis vid gamla staden och det är nära till allt. Dock är pool- och strandområdet alldeles för litet, alla gäster får inte plats och det blir väldigt trångt.

Trevligt Hotell
Hotellet var väldigt fint och personalen var mycket vänlig och service orienterad. Det enda som man kan anmärka på är städningen av den tillhörande privata stranden som kan förbättras men annars ger jag dem 5 av 5 i betyg.

Very large and luxurious rooms/suites. Almost too big in a way, but still gives a welcoming feeling. Wonderful views from balconies overlooking the ocean. Amazing breakfast area and overall selection - and really good food and coffee. Will stay again.

Inte värt det relativt höga priset
Besökte underbara Budva men tyckte hotellet inte levde upp till betyg och pris som beskrivits. Dålig städning, trasig inredning (varenda låda i lägenheten var trasig), tomma paket för duschhuva/tillbehör, lakan byttes inte trots vi markerade vi ville ha det så, dörren till lägenheten var mycket svåröppnad och låset kärvade när man skulle stänga, en av rulltrapporna ur funktion flertalet gånger, fullt med duvor på uteserveringen men också inne i matsalen/uppe på borden och brödstationen. På plussidan bra frukost, härlig service och mottagande i receptionen, grym utsikt från terassen, tillgång till spa även om vi reste sent på avresedagen, härligt med egen strand (badskor rekommenderas), väldigt nära till Old Town och massor av restauranger. Känns inte som vi fick värde för ett relativt dyrt rum.

We had a pleasant stay at Avala. Our room was wonderful and clean, and certainly exceeded our expectations. Areas for improvement: No signage directing us to where the hotel lot is (we parked at the city lot). Checkin was quick, but lacked any kind of personal touch ( what brings you to Budva?) Etc. The hotel parking lot was a mess. Cars jammed into tiny spots and completely full with nobody directing people where to park. Also, nobody asked even once how our stay was, or how breakfast was. Staff was very quick to try remove plates WHILE we were still eating. Hey, how about simply asking "hello, are you done with that plate". Hotel lacks hospitality, as does most of the country.

Dette hotellet skal jeg anbefale til alle jeg kjenner. Det var moderne, rent og hadde en utrolig utsikt og plassering. Rommene var store og de ble renholdt godt hver dag. Balkongen hadde den flotteste utsikten jeg har sett. Frokosten var god og variert, og maten man kunne kjøpe på restauranten og på strandbaren og ved bassenget var veldig rimelig og godt. Kundeservicen i Montenegro er litt annerledes enn vi var vant med, men de som jobbet i resepsjonen var helt fantastiske og hjalp oss med alt vi lurte på og hadde alltid et smil om munnen!

Fantastic resort with great facilities
Our stay in Avala was incredible. The room was very spacious and the view from the balcony was fantastic (with Budva old town, and the sea within reach). We spent a good amount of time on the private beach and in the swimming pools, which were both very well maintained. Staffs were friendly and professional, although you might have to queue a bit at the reception as it’s always quite busy. But don’t worry too much about it since the lobby has plenty of seating. There are lots of restaurants / bars with good variety nearby, as the hotel is literally next to the old town.

The private beach and pools were a big plus. Location is great. The staff is nice. The hotel has great facilities however the maintenance of the building and housekeeping are disappointing. The housekeeping standards are still very low even after all the complaints from guests for years, which is a big pity for this beautiful hotel.

Nice hotel with ocean view
Nice hotel. Good standard and central location. Outdoor pool was unfortunately closed since it was not cleaned. A little disappointing it was not cleaned asap. If you book this hotel, make sure you get ocean/pool/oldtown view. The parking lot view does not look tempting.
