Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn schoon. Badkamer is wel klein en het bad liep niet goed door. Ook de airco maakte heel veel lawaai, zodat je deze 's nachts niet aan kon laten en daardoor was het warm op de kamer. Ontbijt was perfect; veel keuze en je kon zelf je ei kiezen (spiegelei, ommelet of gekookt ei). Het hotel bevind zich in een levendige wijk. Het metrostation is op max. 5 minuten lopen.

Disappointed with the room, it was complicated to get to the room. Also very noisy. And lastly I had some issues with vinegar in the kettle, and a water bottle. It wasn’t my best experience. But the staff was kind.

Good wuality fir price and convenietly situated to get to mist sights in Budapest. The staff was attentive (not effusive) and rooms were ckean and comfortable, though beds are soft and there was no cooling in my room.

I am very proud of our talented professionals, who do their work with passion at all times.On the other hand, I was sorry to learn that we could not live up to all your expectations.The comfort of bed as well as room temperature are point of individual taste, it is hard to meet everyone’s different need. Heating is centrally controled however you can anytime turn off the bathroom radiator and a portable fan is also available upon request. Mattress topper is also gladly provided anytime. I am sorry that you did not have the chance to share these issues on the spot, as we would have been happy to offer you these alternative solutions, which might have improved your comfort. Helaas was de douche wat aan de kleine kant. De douchekop hangt erg laag.. Daarnaast vallen de deuren erg hard dicht! Een paar keer om 5:00 in de ochtend recht op in bed gezeten omdat iemand de deur dicht liet vallen.

Sehr schönes Hotel in eher versteckter Lage. Anbindung top, Restaurant sehr gut, Frühstück umfassend, Zimmer geräumig ( wir hatten Executive), einige Details ( Wanne/ Ablauf defekt, keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad- ein Einegeboden würde das lösen) und Halter Toilettenpapier völlig unsinnig angebracht. Nice hotel, from the outside bland but on entering two different worlds lovely decor and architecture, pleasant helpful staff everywhere, upgraded a a cost of £20 per night to a deluxe room, was underwhelmed by this. Basic small shower and no bath as displayed on upgrade offer.

This is the former building of the historical Hungária Bath, some beautiful monument parts were carefully renovated, such as the facade and the gallery with the staircase. The kind and helpful staff added a lot to the positive aspects of your stay that I am very proud of. However, I am terribly sorry that your upgraded deluxe room was not to your perfect satisfaction, considering the additional cost. Please note that in terms of comfort and equipment there are no significant difference between standard and deluxe rooms, however the latter one is a bit more spacious. Bathtub is an option (advertised as „bathroom with shower or bathtub”); we cannot guarantee it, however we might have been able to offer for you a deluxe room with bathtub subject to availability. It is regrettable that you did not have the chance to share your preference on the spot. Let me apologize for the inconveniences you have encountered. Next time please contact our helpful team in any cases, we are pleased to take the necessary extra miles to ensure your more comfortable stay. Underbar service från all personal. Fina rum med bra sängar och fräscht badrum. Fantastisk frukost och den dagen vi skulle åka, åkte vi innan frukosten, då fick vi med oss en otroligt generös påse var med mackor, muffins, juice, frukt och vatten. Suveränt hotell med andra ord!

A nice place for the price. We were on floor 6 and it was very warm. The air conditioning was poor and noisy, so we left the window open. We faced the interior of the hotel (with a lovely mural) but the rain was loud on the canopy. Had the aircon worked, there wouldn’t have been an issue. The ‘spa’ wasn’t great either. Don’t book this for a spa visit. Only a Saua really. On the positive side - good location for the Jewish Quater.

Dear Andrew,First and foremost, thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your honest opinion about our Continental Hotel Budapest.On the one hand, I was happy to read that you enjoyed the great location and found the overall value received for the money to be good.On the other hand, I was saddened to learn that you feel some aspects of your visit left a bit to be desired. Please note that wellness area is provided as a nice plus. We are a 4 star superior city hotel with great facilities, we do not advertise ourselves as a spa hotel and all parameters, facilities are indicated on our official website to avoid any misunderstandings. We offer a decent indoor relaxation area with a pool and saunas. In summer we open the panoramic roof terrace with an outdoor pool and sunbathing facilities. I am terribly sorry for your disappointment.Please note that currently central heating runs, we do not cool the rooms. However you can completely turn off the heating if it is too warm. We also would have been pleased to deliver you a portable fan which might have improved your comfort. Next time please do not hesitate to turn to our helpful Front Desk team with your concerns. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences encountered.We wish that your mixed impression does not deter you from choosing our place again and taking the great advantages of central location. Staff, cleanliness, and location are great. Only downside was the noise. Windows arent very thick so you could hear drunk people shouting at 2am. Also construction behind the hotel starting at 7am was also mildly annoying. But i mean thats life i guess. Maybe consider soundproofing the rooms if budget of the hotel allows. Only real critique. Otherwise nice place
