'Generally speaking my wife and I had a comfortable stay but some pics of the exterior property must be old, it is kind of overgrown in the front and dead leaves were everywhere until a landscaping guy came, but he blew leaves all over our car and bikes that were on the front porch. Also, the entry keypad is not backlit so it is extremely hard to use. The only other things we thought were a bit off were that the dryer did not work very well at all, and the bathroom tub has moldy black caulking...

'This house is in THE perfect location. You can walk to Crabtrap, Crabdaddy’s, Fiddlers, local brewery, the King & Prince. House is beautiful inside. Backyard is accessible and adorable. Oh and the wraparound porch is the cherry on top. It’s huge!! I am super picky and everything was up to my standards. Absolutely adore and will rent it again the next time I go 100%'

'Quiet neighborhood except for an occasional plane overhead. So many more amenities and supplies than we expected. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. EV charging connection. Note: 220v 50 amp receptacle. You will need your own adapter cable.'

'Very clean, nicely remodeled and well stocked kitchen if cooking is preferred to eating out all meals. Pet friendly perfection in the backyard- totally fenced and you do not have to worry. Location is amazing to great restaurants- grocery store- beaches & Starbucks!!! Can’t wait to go in the summer!!!'

'The 2 bedroom cottage was perfect for me and my 2 married friends to visit St Mary. They stayed in the queen bed room and me in the twin room. Really cute fenced in patio on the side and a separate covered front porch as well (we kept our bikes there while it rained). Great location for biking around St Mary and also taking the ferry to Cumberland Island!'

'Wow! They thought of everything. We travel about 3 or 4 times a year, and this is hands down the best place we have stayed. Everything you could want or need is there. We all came prepared for what we usually have found we have to go buy. We never had to touch it. If I had to say anything It would have been nice to be able to run the pool cleaner at night. Other than that it was amazing.'

'This is a lovely cottage decorated beautifully. I would prefer a drip coffeemaker. The cottage has practically everything you need. We will definitely be going back with our coffeemaker.'

'This was the perfect place for 2 families during a week long spring break trip. We had 4 teenage girls and 2 sets of parents. The accommodations were above and beyond. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for all. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the essentials and then some. We had a problem with the elevator upon arrival and needed it as we had a teenager with a torn ACL. The host was so sweet and very quick to send help and the elevator was up and going. 'The location is great with only steps to the pool. The pool pavilion is very nice and lots of shade. There is a very nice boardwalk to the beach. The house is very well stocked and comfortable seating for all in the general living area.'

'the house was ideal for our family - the kids stayed safely in the poolhouse. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Great kitchen, sitting areas, bathrooms were updated and clean. Our only compliant was some of the accessories described were not accurate - the bikes for the kids were not working, only two beachchairs with the others rusted shut, etc. We also had a pool cleaning issue but that can happen. Just can't give it a 5 star with a couple of the "misses" - we would for sure rent...

'This was a great tiny house! This is the first spring break trip we have taken and the girls love the tiny house and she shed!! There was a washer/dryer. Hammock and swing in a fenced in yard! Very clean and quiet neighborhood!'

'The house is cute. Everything works and it was very clean. We had a small dog with us and the fenced backyard was very convenient. It's pretty close to downtown. Couch is pretty comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.'
