Anytime you have to clean someone else’s seminal fluid that crusted to the toilet in order to sit on the toilet, you know things are top notch. Expected more from an ESA. The cost made it functional. But still… clean the toilets.

My room was very clean and the bed was comfy. I liked that I was within walking distance to shopping and dining. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and very affordable. Kudos!

There literally was a guy with swords ninja style outside the room. Also sevral cars with broken windows. Room was clean but in poor shape. For a 240 dollar room, id expect much better

There are a bunch of loud disrespectful nasty people staying there now. They yell and mess with other guests. There is never any parking unless u move to get a spot real fast during the day. All u smell inside and out is weed bc people don't realize the vents recirculate. It's terrible now

Once again another crappy night. I knew i should have left. But did not. I got woke up to the bathroom ceiling pouring water at 4am. Finally got moved to another room around 5am only got a 10$ discount for tonight for that even tho when i got moved to the new room the 2nd bed was filthy and the girl working the desk as a fill in Miranda was adamant to put me in one of her rooms 2 floors up and assured me it was really clean. However it was NOT. The 2nd bed was completely dirty all pillowcases on both beds had makeup boogers and whatever else on them and towels and washcloths were nasty and just thrown on the shelf. The room has a bad odor. After this i will not be back bc I'm tired of having to clean a room and change out everything and can't even get a free night or discount. Only a sorry. I have been staying here for weeks at a time for about a year now and not once got a free night or decent discount for all this aggravating. So again, i will not be back ever again. Not too mention all the trashy loud people smoking weed inside and out and it comes thru the vents and gives me migraines. I'm tired of it. It saddens me very much bc i used to love it here when it was peaceful and clean. But not anymore.

I used to love staying here bc it was quiet and clean. Now the rooms smell horrible and my spray won't even fix that. It's very noisy as they rent to alot of trashy drug heads you always smell weed inside and out the floors are filthy along with the towels. And I'm pretty positive someone came in my room 2x while i was gone bc things were different when i returned. I don't feel safe here or feel beds are sanitary. My last stay the other bed was nasty with stains matching from comforter to bottom sheet and horrible smelling in the entire room. It's changed very quickly and housekeeping half do their jobs if that and are not friendly nor is the day staff other than the new lady Sandra with the gray hair. The other Sandra with dark hair is only nice if another employee is listening. One day they have coffee all day and night next day it stops at 9am. There's never any cookware or dishes which defeats having A stovetop. Never any appliances available. It's horrible now. I won't be staying here ever again and it saddens me bc I've stayed here over a year now. But it's now completely different. Nothing feels secure and heat doesn't work right half the doors gave big cracks where the seal is my last room was leaking water from the loud weed smokers above me. It's just terrible now

Worse possible cooperate hotel stay in my 40yrs Disgusting environment. Understaffed. Unclean. I checked in at 11pm I had to change rooms 3 times for cleanliness reason or inoperable amenities. Finally one hour after third move in and out I took a room with a non operating appliance because I did not needed it and I was just so tired. Floor filthy, dirty towels to point on yellow and still wet , not dry . I slept full on top bedding , fully clothed with in mind to just get a little rest and run for my life. There were people in the stairwell there I thought I was in new Jack city. Place needs security. More staff. Better everything. The front desk attendant was nice and apologetic . But I’ve never seen a company run cooperative so bad.
