Reasonable hotel, but at breakfast there was no staff so tables not cleaned. When requested to be cleaned they just kept talking among themselves and we had to go ans get the restaurant manager. In addition my friends had two separate bookings in two totally different names and they just gave out keys to each of the rooms to the wrong people. This was concerning as there was no connection to each room so felt this was a security concern.

The hotel is nice enough, but nothing to shout about. Staff were helpful, even managing to quieten down a party that was going on in the room next to our family room while we trying to get the babies to sleep. We were disappointed to find old orange peels and other rubbish under the bed when we moved it. The location is great for the beach, but i don't think I'll be staying on the promenade next time I go to Brighton. Apart from first thing in the morning, before the crowds descend and the traffic builds up, its really not a great bit of town

Wir waren von der Lage begeistert, Personal freundlich, das Prakhaus war auch direkt daneben und ein Rabatt wurde auch angeboten. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die Dusche, die Röhre gehören vereinigt sonst fliesst das Wasser nicht weg. Allgemein die Fenster und den Teppichboden gehören auch renoviert.

A well located large and modern hotel close to most everything you need on vacation, lots of shops, restaurants and pubs just outside the door; very nice public areas. Paid parking is available below hotel. We booked a Superior Double Room Partial Sea View, the first night we had room 410 assigned which was absolutely tiny (maybe 200ft2) and in my opinion it didn't fit that description nor the amount I paid for it (over C$500/night); Next day after a complaint they gave us a different room of same grade which was 2 or 3 times the size and very comfortable; it left a poor opinion in my mind.

Location of hotel is great being at the base of the lane. Be careful, a lot of the rooms are interior looking over the lobby rather than outside. Hotel is clean and rooms very comfortable. The hotel lobby is a bit soulless but Brighton isn’t so get out and explore!

The concierge was very helpful (Ken) at making suggestions for places to see in Brighton. The hotel itself is located right in the heart of key things such as the pier, many restaurants and The Lanes are right out their door. They are also 2 minutes away from the bus terminal that can take you to both major airports for a reasonable charge.

Great location to see the main spots of Brighton front and the lanes , lovely modern hotel , really nice breakfast available . Only hiccup was that our room was never cleaned on the first day and then the cleaner didn’t understand a word of English when we asked for toilet roll when we saw him later in the corridor . We assume he saw the ‘please service room’ sign as a ‘do not disturb’ sign so never entered . The day after , we left the sign off the door and the room was serviced . However the little bin bag from the room with makeup wipes , teabags etc… was left on top of the desk . Parking was rather expensive but expected in the city even with the discount of being a customer at the hotel . The small pool / leisure area was nice but gets full very quick , especially with children and the gym receptionist doesn’t implement the rules around jumping and diving with children or adults so it gets rather chaotic . Overall my partner and I would return to this hotel again if we ever returned to Brighton

The staff were all fantastic! Friendly , engaging , great customer service and kind. Five star customer service. I was in a side sea view room , good mattress which was nice and firm, lots and lots of pillows , ‘White stuff’ products in bath room and good selection of teas and nice coffee. Lovely breakfast, great restaurant staff, very kind friendly helpful. My only ‘complaint’ , the hotel needs far better double glazing..! I could hear all the road noise , and the early deliveries from my room. I thought the window was open , but all the windows seal. Apart from that a lovely stay, thank you ☺️
