Heerlijke rustige en veilige plek om je even terug te trekken uit de gezellige hectiek van t levendige Brigthon! Enige minpuntje dat we konden vinden is de kracht van de douche. Het was onmogelijk je haar uit te spoelen,het drupte uit de douchekop.. er zit niks geen kracht op het water.Ook t toilet was daardoor moeilijk schoon te spoelen. Dit was de enige minpunt, verder een 10!

Goed hotel, vriendelijk personeel, prima kamers, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, glutenvrij was geen probleem. Ligt een paar stappen van het station af en 3 minuten van de lanes. Top locatie.

Comfortable beds. Good air con. Great views of Brighton. Slightly austere rooms. Comfy enough but a bit dreary for £160 a night on a Saturday. But the location is great if you need to catch a train early. Staff were friendly enough. I’d just add a single better chair and a bigger tv personally to make the room rates more fair

Booked this hotel by mistake but actually it was very good. Clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful. I would stay again as it’s a good location for the shops plus you have the discounted parking at the nearby car park. Very safe for a single traveller.

Idiosyncratic bathroom pods work reasonably well but are not especially "roomy". The toilet flush in our room did need repeated pressing to ensure that it not continally dribble water. The room was rather cold and required running the airconditioning heater on it maimum setting to heat up the room. The views over office blocks from our room on level 4 were unappealng. The bed was on the hard side and we coud only find one spare pillow in our room. There were no USB carge points in the room.

Did for one night but I will never go back
The room was on the 2nd floor but was underground as floor 3 is street level. There was no phone reception in the room or the floor or even reception I had to go outside to make calls. The mattress was skinny & not very comfortable. The room had 2 heat settings too hot or too cold. Breakfast was overpriced & most of the cooked food was lukewarm & the choice of eggs was scrambled or nothing & they did not even have marmalade at all & apparently the only thing to go on your toast other than butter or marge was Nutella or at least would have been but they were out of it.

Adequate hotel, poor parking
If you need parking, don’t rely on this hotel. We arrived in Brighton before 13:00 and the carpark was full which meant we had to park at the train station and pay over £30. Room was fine, clean but noisy when the cleaners can to clean the rooms next door to ours. The bathroom was clean but smelled of drains. Location was pretty good. Check In was quick but I’m not sure we’d stay there again to be honest

Nice but bar expensive
The hotel and bar look really nice. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Dog friendly which was great for us. Shower/toilet area like some kind of plastic pod but works fine. Staff friendly. My only gripe was the price of drinks in the bar. I appreciate its Brighton but none of the drinks we bought in any bar around Brighton or even on sea front were as expensive as the hotel bar, a prosecco and a pint of ale £20.30?? Would stay again but would not use hotel bar.

Great place at a great price
As long as you know there is no refrigerator or microwave available, this is a fabulous place to stay. Jr and the other front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the location is great. I have stayed there twice and would definitely stay there again.

Staff were helpful but heating system not good, heating went on and off,got moved to another room but same thing.food was cold at breakfast, they put my breakfast in the microwave, then proceeded to take the temperature in the buffet but only after I told them mine was cold
