Het onthaal was er fantastisch nadat je er al een paar maal bent geweest word je er onthaald alsof er familie thuiskomt. Het verblijf en de maaltijden zijn er ook van hoge kwaliteit. Een romantisch diner in het à la carte restaurant is er subliem.

Fantastisch viersterren hotel op een unieke locatie aan het meer van Bohinj (Slovenië). Ondanks het een hotel betreft met een grote capaciteit heeft toch de uitstraling van een charme hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Maaltijden in buffetvorm met zeer ruime keuze in verschillende gerechten. Ook mogelijkheid om à la carte te eten in het restaurant van de zaak. Veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen en in de zomer ook te genieten van al het moois wat de natuur te bieden heeft van fauna en flora.

Comfortable hotel in beautiful location
This is a comfortable, clean and quiet hotel in a stunning location. We had a spacious room with a balcony overlooking lake Bohinj with the mountains in the background. The staff are multilingual and very friendly. I wish we’d stayed longer.

The property was nice and our room was comfortable although it was supposed to be non smoking and there was an ashtray in it and a cig but in the window. No AC at this hotel and it was hot. The breakfast was ok but eggs were always burnt. The staff was very nice except for the lady who checked us in the first night. She was knida a snobby person, we had been trveling for 20 hrs by the time we checked in and she was less than friendly. Very good location and lots around there to walk to. Good parking. It was just hot with no airflow.

Great location near Lake Bohinj with easy access to bus station. Parking is somewhat difficult in the area, so the onsite parking was very useful. We liked that we could walk or take bus everywhere interesting. A number of restaurants and a grocery store right near by. Rooms and facility in good condition. One drawback, hotel is right outside where festivals/concerts/activities held - On Saturday night, one kept going until 2 am! Needed earplugs.

Overall this is a very good hotel. It’s location is amazing, just next to Lake Bohinj. The staff are helpful and friendly. Lots of choice for breakfast although the cooked eggs, bacon etc do look as though they have been standing around for a while. The hotel is very clean. The shower did flood a bit as there was no lip on the shower tray. The only qualm I would have is that the room could do with a kettle. I would definitely come back to Hotel Jezero.

Situated next to the lake with secure parking. A busy hotel in the centre “of the action”. Reception staff were excellent. My wife had a fall when walking and one of the ladies on the front desk immediately offered a bag of ice. Very considerate.

Amazing customer service!
Hotel Jezero has the best customer service of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We had an emergency in the middle of the night, and a staff member (Marion) personally spent hours helping us out. Even though the hotel was full the next day, they were able to move things around and accommodate us an extra night. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Perfect place to start your adventure
Hotel Jezero is amazing! Perfect central location, beautiful rooms with views, excellent customer service. We stayed here before hiking into Triglav for a hut trip. It was the perfect place to enjoy Bohinj and plan our route. They even stored our luggage for us while we were hiking. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Inget roligt upplägg, men bra och goda smaker
Super service av personal. Om man vill äta så har dem buffé för 18 euro Med dryck. Kan rekommendera detta. När man kommer in i matsalen och tittar så tänker man oj vad är detta… ingen rolig upplevelse då det är storkök utan kärlek… Men testa allt, både jag och min sambo blev väldigt överraskade då allt smakade super. Och dessutom ett riktigt gott vin i pumparna:)

Rather disappointing
The location is excellent. Close to bus stops and grocery store and lake. However everything inside the hotel isn’t as nice. Beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable old. Constant smell of cigarette smoke coming from outside. Somewhat noisy bar directly across the street. And breakfast was completely inedible. Staff was also super unfriendly.

Overall, the hotel was okay. The room was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and the staff was kind. BUT, if someone asks, we would say that we would not visit this hotel again. Considering what we paid, the room was not satisfactory. The fridge was locked and you had to pay 2 euros per day for use. We have been to tens of hotels in our lives but never have seen this. Second, it does not provide any complementary water, not to mention no kettle with tea bags/coffee. Last, the bedsheet was pretty thin.

Everything was great from the service, to meals, to cofort and cleanliness. The pool facilities were nice, however the fitness center was a joke. They should not advertise that, or upgrade it.

Bedienungsanleitung des Zimmersafes unverständlich und ich meine auch fehlerhaft. Jedenfalls kam ich damit nicht klar und konnte also das Safe nicht benutzen. Das Safe war außerdem in einem Schrankfach knapp über dem Fußboden angebracht, so dass ich nur auf dem Fußboden liegend das Safe erreichen konnte.
