My five-night stay at this remarkable resort exceeded all expectations. The room was not just spacious but also immaculately clean, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. A big shout-out to Selen and Mehmet Can at the front desk for graciously accommodating my late check-out request. The food offered a wide variety and was delicious, and the gym was well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am definitely planning to return to this resort in the future.

Beautiful landscape and scenery. Outdoor and indoor amenities exceptional.'All' staff were welcoming, helpful and professional. Guest relations Selen and Nazifah were superb ensuring that you have a trouble free, relaxing vacation. Food was fresh well presented and delicious. Rooms are dated needs upgrading with to modern-day. The rooms were very comfortable.

Our best holiday ever...
An amazing resort in an amazing City. We stayed in a newly refurbished room which consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was absolutely brilliant. Well appointed, super comfortable and perfect for a family of 4 (second room had twin beds). Great facilities and superb food (all inclusive). Stunning beach and pool. Great gym. And the views..what can I say. Clean safe ocean and excellent beach facilites. This place doesn't come cheap but its worth every single penny. I cannot recommend it enough. Only negatives..the buggies never arrive when called (my wife was recovering from an injury) and also there is live music til 11am which can be heard across the resort)

Heaven on Earth
IF heaven was a place on earth it would be here. I have travelled all over the world and I have never felt more special or appreciated by any other hotel! Nazifa and Talip were so kind and wonderful I felt as if I had made friends. There isn't a single thing these people won't try to do to make your stay amazing. There really aren't words to sum up the beauty and customer service at this hotel. If you are thinking of slpurging, do it!!!!!

My husband and I had spent 8 days at Rixos Premium Bodrum resort. It was a wonderful experience and an extremely pleasant stay. First, the guest relation people are always available, they are really helpful and they share everyday schedule on WhatsApp. We would like to thanks especially Julia, it was always a pleasure to chat with her. Second, all the staff are very lovely and always eager to help in all the areas of the resort. We would like to thank especially : Bunyamin, mehmet and Heuweyda in Turquoise restaurant, Vlada the coach of the stand up paddle. Bekir in the olivo restaurant. Sorry if I spelled your names wrong, but I really wanted to thank you (hope you read my comment). We highly appreciated the quality of the room, thanks again for the upgrade, the executive suite was wonderful. The resort location and facilities are breathtaking. The beach is really clean. Wherever you are in the resort the view was always beautiful. Finally, the choice of food is very rich. We really enjoyed the variety of excellent meat and fish dishs and the traditional baklava is so delicious. We hope to see you soon. We would definitely see you soon!

My wife and I had a wonderful week at Rixos Premium Bodrum. The hotel is excellent and the vie from the room was stunning. The food was great and plentiful. Excellent Resort
It was a great stay , the food was excellent and delicious , service was superb but if you wish to buy anything it’s overpriced for example hubbly bubbly was for 40€. The staff are very friendly and helpful all over the resort . Many thanks to our assistant there Yuliia for her help. I would recommend this resort to friends and family for future visits .

Fantastic resort hotel, superb service.
It is a high quality resort hotel. I would not be surprised if in a few years time this resort manages to build a cableway for travelling from the upper level rooms area (which are located at approximately 75-100m above the sea level) to the beach. For the time being, setting up a direct web-link for ordering a buggy trip would be helpful (similar to ordering refreshments via web-link).

Relaxing stay
My friends and I stayed for three days two nights, very pleasant staff, very professional as we entered, they greeted us with a smile and took care of everything. The rooms were a spacious and comfortable except the shower wasn’t that hot and needed a little fine tuning. The food was very good, although I stayed at rixos before and they used to have five additional restaurants. Overall it was a very relaxing stay. We would come again

Great hotel because of the service.
Service was excellent. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Covid measures really efficient. Guests were reminded about masks and plenty of spares were available if you forgot your own. Every need anticipated.

Nice resort in the Turkish sun
This is a nice resort with lots of different possibilities. The food is very good for a "buffet type" of food. Expect a lot of Turkish and eastern dishes. The western cooked dishes are average. The staff is very friendly and always ready for a joke. As it was the end of the season and because of the pandemic, the hotel occupation was very low and many facilities were closed. The room was comfortable but you can notice that the hotel is not new.

Lacking in service
It was in general a very pleasant stay. The only thing I would have to comment negatively on is the service. The staff were all generally very young and I’m guessing seasonal. So the service was not the best. What you’d expect from staff that were there short term. I generally had to ask a couple of times for things before it was done. For a hotel of this standard I would expect better service

Merhaba aldığımız hizmetten memnun kalmadık çünkü konaklamamızdan önce oteli arayıp doğum günü kutlaması yapacağımızı ve otelden odamıza pasta getireceğimizi söyledik, herhangi bir sorun yaşamayacağımız belirtildi fakat pasta geldiğinde odaya alınmadı ve istediğimiz şampanya 5. İstememizde odaya geldi. Şezlonglarda ve restoranda oturduğumuz hiç bir masa ve şezlong covid önlemleri dahilinde temizlenmiyor. Yine aynı şekilde kaldığımız 4811 numaralı odanın yatağında ve balkon korkuluğunda kurumuş kusmuk ve ağır bir koku vardı.

Kept the original natural Mediterranean landscape, many very old olive trees, as opposed to the many nearby hotels trying to put a tropical resort outlook. Also, the staff seems to be happy and involved.
