'当日までにホテルから空港ピックアップが必要かなどのメールが数回届いた。ホスピタリティあふれるホテルと期待して訪問した。娘の手違いで人数の変更などが伝わっていなかったが、速やかに丁寧に対応してくれて嬉しかった。ホテルのロケーション、部屋、設備、レストランは素晴らしい。部屋からは紺碧の空、また沈みゆく夕日がみえて素晴らしかった。部屋は広く寛げた。部屋のジャグジーからの景色や、洞窟プールで楽しんだ。素敵な休暇になった。セーフティボックスが壊れていたため貴重品を持ち歩いたのが残念なところ。またこのホテルに滞在したい。'

'We loved our stay at Ducato so much! The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. Our yummy breakfast was served daily and the staff was very attentive to any needs we had. The only thing that would subtract a star would be the stairs but that is anywhere with a caldera view and not specific to the hotel. 'Really enjoyed our 2 days and nights at the Aria Suites. We had one of the 4 villas. Somewhat of a rude American neighbor in the villa next to us but this didn't interfere with our great stay. The staff really went out of their way to make our stay amazing and it was. My dad got a birthday cake on his birthday and the breakfast was delicious every morning. One tip I have is that for every suite or room there should be one iron and iron board. Especially if you pay the amount I paid for staying...

Dwz een dag was er een thema ( bv Spaans, Grieks, Aziatisch), de dag erna "normaal" de dagen met "thema" waren duidelijk lekkerder :-) Kamermeisjes maakten niet elke dag bed op, over het algemeen wel mooie opgemaakte kamers. Grieks restaurant was super. Ligging, vlak aan zee en meerdere zwembaden (voor elk wat wils) heel leuk.'
