'The property was not well kept, they fail to mention it is on a noisy and busy intersection. Room constantly smelled of Tobacco/Cigarettes. There was some suspect white powdery substance on a side plate, burnt underneath by flames left over from the previous tenant. So was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. Freezer was frozen solid, could not make use of it. Shower drain was blocked. Ceiling leaked. We did vacate and we did receive a refund for our unused nights, however there was quite a...

'The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities. the shower was hot and fantastic I do not recommend walking from the train station. The sidewalks are all very uneven and it took forever due to our luggage. It was about a 30 minute walk, but took us much longer and we were beat once we arrived. Not the owners fault by any means, but something to note. We had to get to Heathrow and the homeowner offered to take us for the cost of gas, which was a very generous offer!'
