'Beautiful and secluded location, rooms impeccable as to be expected with this kind of pricing. But service.... finally we found a hotel that understands what service means and what it does to its customers. We received personal attention, from valet parking service, the check in was welcoming like a warm bath, the fabulous concierge who was extremely helpful in arranging dinner, etc... in one word the service was fantastic.'

'Arrivé sur place le propriétaire nous a refusé! En expliquant qu’il n’avait pas notre réservation malgré le mail de confirmation d’expedia Et numéro de réservation. Bien sûr pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler expédia nous avons envoyé un mail sans réponse. Il faut savoir que se loger à st Barth le week-end est très compliqué. Avec le billet le retour le lendemain en plus!'

'Property had the most gorgeous views of St Barths and had a gym as well as an excellent beach inclusion. Only difficulty is that the beach is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel and you need a car (which most people need a car anywhere they stay in St Barths anyways). Otherwise excellent stay and staff was fabulous (shout out to Manon who made our stay very welcoming!)'

'This was our first stay at the Guanahani, after having previously stayed at another perfectly lovely hotel in St Barth's, and we could not have been happier. The staff were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, quick and accommodating - from locating and delivering our lost luggage, to renting a car, making (and changing) dinner reservations, supplying us with water and a cooler every time we left the property, etc. Special shout-outs to Simon at the reception, Julie in the main restaurant, and...
