'Helaas was bij incheken onze geboekte kamer niet beschikbaar, kregen een upgrade maar was eigenlijk niet wat we wilden (een zg swim-out suite) Achteraf bleek de kamer die we gekregen hebben toch zeer goed. Personeel heel vriendelijk alhoewel er ook enkele met een lang gezicht rond liepen. De warmte zal wel een rol gespeeld hebben bij het tempo van de bediening in het restaurant. 'This very fine hotel is placed on the beach. The staff is excellent and pleasant. The kitchen in all the restaurants of the hotel is very good and tastefull. Our room was good equiped, very clean. The beds were very nice and good.'

'Het is een fijne plek aan het strand en aan de landingsbaan! Tot 18.00 s’avonds vliegtuig lawaai, daarna heerlijke rust tot de ochtend rond 7u. Prima eten, fijn bed, grote deels erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We komen er over 2 wkn weer terug!'

'We stayed in Villa Leone for a week. 7 beautifull days to discover Guana Bay ans the friendly Island of St Maarten. Villa Leone is a wonderfull place to stay. 'This stay was a mixed bag for our group of 4 kids aged 6-15 and 5 adults. Our check in process was not smooth but the owner was apologetic and tried to make it right. And I feel for the owners because I am sure the issues are not so much neglect as not completing repairs after the hurricane. Still, the pictures do not reflect the current state of the home.
