'Rooms are very outdated, beds were uncomfortable, cockroaches in bathroom, ants colony in bedroom. Towels were not changed, even after use they’ve been put on the floor. The lobby is nice, as is the swimming pool, but the rooms look like they’ve been have neglected for 20 years (just like the gym). I would not go there again, the high prices are just ridiculous for this level of maintenance and state. No more than a 2 or 3 star hotel in my opinion, certainly no 5 star hotel, because of the state...

'Very nice modern hotel in a reasonably good location. Walkable to Imago Mall and a few dining options nearby including one up the spiral stair case in lobby (unfortunately the staff didnt tell us about this, so we found it after dinner, but still enjoyed a cocktail and dessert there after we found it ourselves). Rooms are modern and comfortable. Only downside is the road noise as we were on the road side of hotel, which overlooks a major highway and the sound proofing is minimal. '

'After our roundtrip in Borneo, we wanted to relax for a few days, and chose this resort. Some buildings in this hotel were being renovated, but this was not disturbing for guests. Uitstekend hotel voor goede prijs!
"Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! We hadden een kamer met zeezicht en dat is een absolute aanrader. Ontbijt is heerlijk en heel veel keuze. Ook de ligging aan de zee en toch in het centrum helemaal prima. Zwembad ook goed, helemaal met ondergaande zon en zee op de achtergrond. Wij komen graag terug!"
