'Perfect villa for a week in early May. Exactly as described, very comfortable rooms, living area was great and good seating area outside. Kitchen had everything we needed to self cater and the local supermarket had U.K. and Cypriot brands to choose from. I searched for a long time for a Villa with a heated pool which was needed this early in the season and it was lovely and clean. 'Our holiday was postponed two times, because of the corona restrictions. Now finally after 22 months we are able to visit our holiday address at Villa Alexia, located in a beautifull, safe and peaceful area, 20 min. drive from Paphos and 10 min. drive from the airport. Veel privacy, 1 huis ernaast, die heeft wel zicht op het zwembad en een deel van het terras. Echter in dat huis was niemand aanwezig dus het heeft ons niet gestoord. 'Sehr stilvolle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Location mit angenehmer Betreuung. Eine sehr ruhig gelegene Wohlfühloase mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Sauberer und auf Wunsch (Nebensaison) beheizter Pool gegen Aufpreis. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.'

Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. 'Het verblijf was netjes en schoon. Lekker ruim huis en heerlijke tuin met zwembad. De wifi mag wel wat beter, want die heeft alleen bereik op de beganegrond en een beetje 1ste verdieping. Verder prima verblijf hier gehad.'

'The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. It’s well laid out with superb views. The sun hits the balcony decking around midday and is there until its sets. The apartment itself has all the facilities you would ever need. The internet and tv package was exceptional, and with a giant fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a hot and powerful shower, quiet and efficient air con; all this enhanced our holiday. Communication with the owner was swift and easy through the app....

'Delightful well-equipped villa with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and sea. Many places to eat within a short distance by car. Martin and Jules were on hand to give advice if needed but all the information we required was in the information pack so could just relax and enjoy the sunshine and swimming pool. Excellent introduction to Cyprus, can highly recommend!'

'Had a lovely stay at the villa. The host was extremely friendly, quick to reply, and flexible with our checkout as the property was empty after us, which we really appreciated. The villa had everything we needed and was spacious, though could benefit with a bit of updating in places. This didn't detract from our stay at all. 'The villa was lovely clean loved the pool there were some issues with the outside lights the dishwasher didn't work but we had a great holiday very relaxing and very quiet lots to do and see but you definitely need a car to get around the view's from the villa are amazing we are thinking of booking again for 2024'

'The 2 males at reception (from SA and Scotland) were very friendly and hlepful. Anna was very rude and unhelpful. I overheard her telling guests that there is no wifi at the pool area, when there was. Rooms very comfortable and equipped well with lovely soft towels. Lovely views, very quiet and smart tv was great.'

'Heel leuk is het wandelpad langs de zee en de locatie van dit hotel, mits huurauto. Zelf verbleven we in een 'villa', huisje langs het hotel. Op zich prima, alleen wat achterstallig onderhoud en een terras zonder enige inspiratie.. Het personeel is ook wel heel vriendelijk, zwembad prima, poolbar ging pas onze laatste dag open dus kan ik weinig op zeggen.. we hebben een fijne vakantie gehad! '

'Appartement op verzoek op de begane grond aan het zwembad gelegen. Hierdoor heerlijk kunnen genieten met onze zoon van 1. Ruime accommodatie in goede staat van onderhoud. Ook schoonmaak en onderhoud rond het zwembad is prima. Mooie uitvalsbasis om dagtripjes te ondernemen. Vaak wel voor enkele uren, maar eventueel ook goed te combineren.
