'Very nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Our room was spectacular. My husband got sick during the trip and the hotel allowed us to stay 2 hour longer before going to the railway station. The hotel staff also checked us in earlier without charging early check-in fees. Very friendly and accommodating. We certainly will be back next year. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.'

'It's a shame we were only there for one night as we had an early morning flight to Khiva as it's a wonderful place. The taxi from the airport was arranged via the hotel and the boys who drove us were great to chat to and very friendly and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and although we were only there a short time it was one of the most comfortable rooms in our entire Uzbek stay! highly recommended.'

'Wat een fantastische hotel!! Alles is echt top! Goede ontbijt met veel keus. Luxe van 5 sterren hotel. Je wordt hier echt als koning behandeld. Ontzettend goede service en lieve personeel. Qua hygiëne ontbreekt hier helemaal niks. We hebben ontzettend genoten van onze kamer. We hadden een suite met slaapkamer en woonkamer.
