'We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in the junior suite, the area where the hotel is locates is good and looks safe. The looks of the hotel is great and has good facilities. The breakfast is the cherry on the pie, it offers you all you want for all tastes and ages. The hotel staff in general is friendly and helpful (with exception of a front-desk guy), Jose (bellboy) and Adriana from front-desk really deserve a medal for their outstanding customer focus!'

'Nice hotel, conveniently situated close to shopping centre and in a safe modern neighbourhood. Room is large enough and a nice spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast is OK, not special but adequate. Staff in general is friendly. Only security staff less helpful and less friendly than in other hotels in Colombia we have visited. For example the security guard saw us struggle to get through the revolving doors with our suitcase and he never offered any assistance. Just stood there...

'The hotel was really nice & well kept. The only reason I gave it a four was the poor internet connection. The wifi at the hotel was absolutely terrible with constant disconnections. The pool is also really small so if you're main thing is a pool, I'd look elsewhere Otherwise, the service & rooms were amazing & the location was definitely the best for in Santa Marta.
